Innovative Painters were outstanding! The work was high quality and the service was the best. I highly recommend them for your home improvement needs.

Innovative Inc. Painting & Home Improvement repaired 4 (6” X 12”) holes that were created in the cathedral ceiling of my sunroom after I had removed the remnants of an old, defunct, HVAC air handling system from my attic. The holes were the remnants of where 4 return air vent grills were previously located in the ceiling. They also repaired drywall damage on the ceiling that was caused by a previous water leak in the roof. In addition to the above repairs, they also replaced old spackle tape that had lifted up at the corner where the ceiling meets the wall leaving an unsightly 1/8” gap. After all repairs were completed they painted the sunroom. They did a great job in only 6 hours and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. All I had to do was sit down and enjoy the ambiance of my sunroom again.

Outstanding service and care are hallmarks of work done by Innovative. I highly recommend them to anyone needed external or internal painting and/or repairs.

Quick quote. Great price and work. This was for a garage that needed the drywall finished and then painting. Will use them again!

Alexander Arias and his team of Innovative INC. Painting & Home Improvement were wonderful! Wonderful with scheduling, wonderful with prep work, wonderful work, and wonderful customer service no matter how many times I've had to change my dates. Love the process and care that they had provided me and my family with our requested services! Thank you, Alex!

Fantastic job painting my bathroom and partial bedroom. Thorough paint job and he cleaned up after completion. I would highly recommend.

Alexander and his crew and the entire process was so efficient - from scheduling the estimate to the day of painting! In just about 8 hours, they painted three rooms in our house, including set up, clean up, and multiple coats. They took tremendous care of the flooring in the rooms and throughout the house. The rooms look flawless. When I decide to paint anywhere else in the house, I am definitely calling Alex again and I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

I hired Innovative for a large interior paint job and exterior washing of whole house. Their knowledge and experience was impressive and I expected five star service. I am rating three stars. I didn't expect to have to act as general contractor on very basic level of painting on the main floor and living room area and exterior cleaning of the porch floor. On the first day, the paint lead began to debate what was on the order and I had to be firm with the job description. They didn't remove the doors to sand and they said that was not what they do. I pointed out several brush strokes on hardwood floors and tile. They fixed my findings but given the large area I didn't find them all. More care should have been taken with my electric blinds and curtains. The blinds are still not functioning. The exterior screen porch was hand washed but they didn't move any of the furniture to wash the floor. They also didn't move any furniture on the front porch.

This was my second experience with Alex and the team and again they were thorough and professional. I asked them to do some handyman work in addition to the painting and was very pleased with that work as well. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Innovative’s crew could not have been better… respectful of property, efficient and thorough, and very skilled. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We were very pleased with Innovative Painting. Their estimate, although not the lowest, was very competitive and detailed which were key factors in selecting them. Alex was very responsive when we had questions. The painters were thorough, efficient, and took great care to ensure that things like nail pops (many) were repaired. Furniture was carefully moved and protected throughout. We recommend Innovative Painting.

We are repeat customers of Innovative Painting. Both times we have been very happy with their painting skills and professionalism. They painted exterior brick (and wood siding first job) as well as one interior room that needed a lot of patch work. They did such a good job with the patch work it's impossible to tell old from new and where the two areas meet. The exterior brick needed repair/fill-in in multiple places and looks seamless. They also did extra work cleaning up old electrical/cable wires and swapping out old light fixtures for new ones. Beautiful job painting and clean up. They prepped all the areas so nicely with plastic and tape, no drips anywhere inside or out. Alex is always on time for meetings and quick with estimates and followup communication. Painting crew on time each morning and great communication/professionalism. Will definitely reach out to them again for our next project.

The crew was excellent! They were on time, professional, and took great pride in their work. We are very pleased with the job they did. Alex was easy to work with, very friendly and did the job on the schedule and price we agreed to.
Highly recommend!

Excellent work with a very good price point. Quickly accommodated me for a short notice major job. Painted my entire 3,800 sq foot house within a week. Workers showed up on time every day and thoroughly protected my floors and staircases. The workers were very polite and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Alex quickly added on additional work that I requested at a very reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again and I highly recommend them to you!

No complaints at all. Innovative Inc. Painting & Home Improvement repainted our front door, shudders, and cleaned and repainted our screened in porch. We are completely satisfied with their communication, professionalism, price, and quality work. I would definitely hire them again for future projects.
