After others failed JES Services/ProDrainage succeeded above and beyond our expectations. We were starting to think we would just have to live with the swampy area in our yard, until we found this company and talked with Eric. He took the time to explain (in our language) what was needed and had his crew out to fix our problem pretty quickly. We were finally able to get our yard landscaped the way we always wanted - which of course JES Services also did. You can't go wrong with these guys. Many thanks to Eric and crew for a job very well done!

Eric and his team are fabulous. This was our 3rd contractor to fix the same problem so you can imagine that we were concerned whether this project would fly. Simply put, Eric knows drainage and I just wish we’d found him sooner. He worked on ¾ of our yard, 10,000 square feet of drainage, and it is greatly improved. This was an extremely difficult project with water and mud everywhere. Eric and his team had to dig up prior pipes and replace and expand because they were not big enough, inappropriately placed, or just weren’t effective. We really had a huge mess. Eric consistently showed up to monitor his team’s work for the day and modify any plans, if needed. We had some stubborn areas that he reworked until the drainage was right. You will find him to be professional, responsive, highly experienced in drainage, and really great to work with. His team is also very professional, and you’ll be very comfortable having them at your home. With awesome customer commitment and competitive pricing, I have nothing but good things to say about this firm and give them our highest recommendation.

I contracted with ProDrainage to build a sitting wall around my existing stamped concrete patio. They did an awesome job! The color matches perfectly and it looks like it is integrated right into the patio. The workers took great time and effort to make sure every block fit perfectly. The patio was a curved surface so it wasn't easy, but they didn't seem to have any problem. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Eric and his team at JES Pro Drainage are without a doubt, top notch and experienced drainage professionals. I had quite an extensive outdoor renovation project completed at my house which led to a major yard leveling and erosion control project in order to open up my backyard. During the project, Eric discovered additional issues with an existing retaining wall which he was able to remediate as part of the job without adding any additional delay. Eric also accommodated additional changes I wanted to make during the project with no issues. I cannot be more satisfied with the outcome of his team’s work and have received compliment after compliment by everyone who has seen the finished product. Truly a 5-star experience!!

Eric, Craig and Zac were great to work with. From the estimate stage, scheduling and throughout the installation of the drainage pipes around my property they provided excellent service. They were reasonably priced, their crew was courteous and professional and left my yard looking amazing considering the extensive work and digging they had to to install the drainage pipe from the back of my house to the front curb. We found an issue we were unaware of and they found a solution, charged me a reasonable price and got the work done on time. They even made time to plant several bushes for me even though it was not apart of the scope of work and charged me a minimal cost for the work. They also came back to lay some additional mulch in my backyard and seeded in sections where the work was done that had no grass, which was unexpected but definitely appreciated! There was no grass in those sections before they began the work, but they seeded those sections to make sure grass would grow. Before JES came my standing water issues were bad, now I can’t wait for the next hard rain to see how the new system works! Overall, I am happy with my experience with JES pro drainage and would recommend them and use them again if needed.

JES installed a French drain to improve drainage away from our garage 7 years ago. The drain had become somewhat clogged. We had a deadline for some other contracting work we were having done. Sarah from JES was super flexible and was able to come out the same day to get the work done. Communication was prompt, price was fair, service was excellent!

JES recently completed drainage work on my lawn, which included installing an open French drain and in-ground downspouts, and the results are great.

From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring the project was done right. They carefully assessed the issues my lawn was facing and explained the solution in detail, giving me confidence in their expertise. The installation was seamless, and they paid close attention to every detail, leaving my yard looking neat and well-maintained.

Since the work was completed, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in how my lawn handles heavy rainfall. It’s clear that they care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of drainage solutions.

Absolutely the best! Eric and his team fixed all of our drainage issues from clogged gutters last year and around our pool deck. This year they built a patio with a retaining wall and laid river jack. We couldn't be happier with their work or level of customer service. Great crew and great owner!

True rating somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. Great sales people, emphasizing execution over sales. Pricing a little higher than average. Proposal was sent quickly. Good follow-up on where the deposit was, but once they received the deposit, I did all the following-up -- was the deposit was received, when the work would be scheduled, etc. Based on their responses, my sense is they were interpreting my questions as impatience, but in reality, I just needed timing info so I could order sod and plan for other contingencies. Quality of work remains to be seen (not enough hard rains yet). Was VERY generous to re-order my sod from a third-party so I could benefit from contractor pricing. However, left a bad taste in my mouth when sprinkler heads were buried almost 2"; when I asked about it, it was suggested to me that I hand dig and re-set the sprinkler heads myself. Principal was on-site at start of work, but did not personally review work at the end -- lead worker FaceTimed the principal instead. Would recommend in limited circumstances, but there are many other good drainage pro's in Northern VA, especially for straight-forward work.

If you hire this company for irrigation or sprinkler system work, be aware that they subcontract the entire job to a completely different company without informing you. I found this very concerning and somewhat shady. It also raises questions about how warranty issues or future problems would be handled. When I hire a company, I expect transparency—especially if they plan to have someone else do the work.
