WISA Solutions

This is the third time I'm writing a review about WISA Solutions! We knew we would get superb workmanship and be kept in the loop by daily visits from the owner Daoud. This time the crew remodeled our entire first floor (except for the powder room and laundry rooms which they had previously done). All the old carpeting and paneling is gone and in their places we have beautiful luxury vinyl flooring and smooth walls. We finally have better lighting because of extensive recessed lighting which they installed and the walls and ceilings got a facelift. The entire kitchen was redone and now looks like something out of a decorating magazine. Our home looks so welcoming now that we don't dread having company over. When we are ready to have the upstairs renovated we know who to call--we have WISA on speed dial!

WISA Solutions did such a splendid job of renovating our bathrooms, that we didn't even consider anyone else to update our laundry room recently. It was a tight space to work in but the results are beautiful especially considering that the walls and ceiling are not plumb. The new cabinets, built-in shelf unit, lighting system and floor really lift up my mood when it's time to do the laundry!

WISA just completed renovating our 2-1/2 bathrooms and we couldn't be more thrilled with the work. After having lived with outdated bathrooms for so long, we are in awe with the transformations. Nelson was assigned to our projects and did an amazing job with all the tiling, installations, plumbing, electrical work, and painting, and the renovations were completed earlier than we expected. He and his colleagues were always very punctual, protected our carpeting, cleaned up every day, kept us informed of the next day's activities, and treated our home with respect. Our well-organised contact person, Maisa, always responded quickly with any questions we had. The owner, Daoud, came by on a daily basis to check on the progress and to make sure we were happy with the work. Once all the bathrooms were completed, WISA thanked us for our patronage by hiring a cleaning service to clean our entire house (even though the construction was so incredibly neat!) . Needless to say, our future home renovations will be done by WISA!

WISA is a highly professional and trustworthy company! Before we remodeled our bathrooms, we spent time with multiple companies and heard horror stories from friends and neighbors about selecting the wrong one. Everyone at WISA was always professional, patient, courteous and proactive. There was always a high level of responsiveness and because of their design insights, our bathrooms turned out to be exactly what we wanted. Despite having two bathrooms worked on at the same time, it was as seamless to our everyday lives as it could be. We would definitely use WISA again and recommend them without reservation.‎

We recently had WISA do work in our basement. We went over the scope of the job well in advance and they listened well to our concerns. We engaged WISA to install and new bathroom in the basement, make improvements to our utility room and replace old carpet with new flooring. The job also included building a custom set of bookshelves. All of the work was completed on time, within budget and we are very pleased with the quality. The employees were very professional and courteous.
