The company was fantastic about informing us when they were on their way and provide you with a real-time map of the technician driving to the appointment. The electrician, Tommy, was great! We have done business with this company for a while now, and I will say, they have definitely changed for the better and I hope they continue to be successful with his new team they have brought on board. I would highly recommend them as they are top notch, provide solid customer service, thanks, Dana, and pay attention to all the details.

I have had AirPlus replace both systems in my house. They have always been very communicative and transparent during the consulting and install process. During my latest install Jamie (the sales tech) was very communicative and was happy to answer any questions I had, even after hours. They offered me a range of options and there was no pressure at any point in the process. The install was scheduled quickly and Carlos and the team did a great job with the install, and I have been cool and happy since.

AirPlus performed plumbing work at our home on Nov 1. They needed to cut through the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom to reach the plumbing problem above it. In doing the repair, they installed a P-trap that hangs too low to easily re-do the ceiling. Also, they took the cut out section of dry wall instead of leaving it. The plumber assured me before he left that the P-trap was fine and that I would not have any issues getting the ceiling back up.
However, I had a contractor out yesterday to do the dry wall and he was not able to create a flat, smooth ceiling due to the P-trap. Due to how Air Plus did this work, I had a much larger than expected bill from the drywall contractor and the ceiling was not able to be resorted perfectly. I attempted to call and discuss this with management. I was told at 10am someone would call me back, but no one did. I tried to call again at 4pm but was told all managers had already left for the day. Hence the public review since no one was interested in speaking with me directly.

The two technicians that came out to install my generator are awesome!!!’ They were so kind and professional, and explained everything that they’d be doing step by step. I really appreciated that. They didn’t just install it leave either. They tested it multiple times and showed me that process as well. Robert Medrano and Marlon Rivas, thank you both so much!!!!!!

The service tech (Daniel) that came out to our house to perform our estimate was timely and courteous. He was very thorough and explained what he was looking for and his thoughts on how he felt our situation might impact the work we were considering. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was accommodating of our work schedule. No notes!

Went with AirPlus for their HVAC maintenance plan two years ago and have been very happy with their annual maintenance. Had our first “emergency” call today. Kyle was here within a few hours, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was very professional and friendly. Very happy we went with AirPlus.

Working with Jocelyn, Robert and Marlon was excellent. Jocelyn went out of her way to make me hold she got the right people involved and get me a replacement generator and set it up to be installed within 10 days. I have worked with numerous bandages the past several years and they do not stand up nowhere near her Robert and Marilyn inspect installers we’re courteous and professional. They install and tested the generator and talk to me about the new generator To ensure that I was satisfied if I could get this team a 10 I would.

I have the service package with AirPlus - so they come out twice a year to either check my heating or cooling (depending on the season). Have always had a great experience with the techs- always friendly without pushy upsells. (They recommend items needed, but just tell you about it and then send you information per email with the info and cost later.) highly recommend!!

Great business and great service. Kyle was an amazing technician who showed up just about immediately when I had an emergency ac cooling problem. He was onsite within an hour and was able to diagnose and fix my issue within 10 minutes. Great customer service and expedient service from the company and technician. Scheduling was immediate and so was service. Highly recommended

Michael Ford was the technician who serviced our A/C units. He knew the history of the equipment, gave it a good check out, made sure everything was functioning properly. He was in the basement, up in the attic and completed his inspection quickly. Thank you!!

Had a great experience with Airplus. Their scheduling person was very polite and asked some up front questions to understand our issue. In my case, thankfully a technician was able to arrive pretty quickly to fix our AC. He was very nice and professional, also super efficient with helping us and getting our AC up and running! He even helped us schedule additional service we needed before he left. The price was a bit steep, just some capacitor parts. I haven’t done a lot of price comparisons yet. But that said, our problem was fixed quickly and professionally. They’ve been reliable both times we’ve used them and we are not DiYers so I appreciated their help!

I chose this business based on their listing in the 2025 Prince William County Five Star Rated Guidebook. Initially very happy with communication and scheduling. My service was scheduled out a few weeks, which was fine, and ultimately ended up being during a prolonged heatwave which restricted their jobs to those without AC. Understandable, though I was disappointed that I wasn't notified about being postponed until about an hour before their expected arrival. Not a problem, and their text said they would contact me to reschedule. I waited over two weeks then I sent in a message requesting to reschedule. No response. They previously had been very fast and helpful with text messaging. Second attempt a week later. Still no response. I guess they have enough customers and don't need my business.

Robert Jenkins and his two associates did a outstanding job installing a 54 Space Panel Replacement for a old GE 40 space panel, a whole house 200 amp transfer switch and a GENERAC 24KW Generator Install all in one days time.
The 3 technicians were extremely knowledgeable in their fields.I would highly recommend them for any work they might perform.

From start to finish, AirPlus did a fantastic job with installing a new HVAC. Jake was very thorough in reviewing my situation, came up with two options, and made sure to provide itemized breakdowns of each component he quoted.

The company's use of technology during the quoting process shows a proficiency not just in their trade, but in the part of providing service that I really appreciated. I was quoted two systems using their presentation apps that were then presented to me via email.

their pricing is very competitive, and they landed between the two other quotes I was given. On the lower end, I was just given a heat pump and compressor, and on the high end, I was offered a heat pump, compressor, and water heater. AirPlus offered a heat pump, compressor, water heater, and humidifier (which my home needed, given my indoor humidity rested around 25%) at a cost that came in under the high end by almost $2000.

The day of the install, a very professional pair of installers came and had everything set up after 6 hours' work. They brought rags to protect my flooring, were very thorough with the routing of wires and lines, and vacuumed the floor of the utility room when they finished.

AirPlus was great! They did a full replacement of my 3rd floor condo unit, led by Carlos E, and while incredibly time efficient, also were extremely thorough. They took the time to show me how to work the new thermostat, made sure my utility closet doors were put back on correctly (honestly, they probably open and shut better than they did before!), and answered all the questions I had. I feel like I got a fair price for excellent service!

Raymond's service has always been top tier. He is very thorough and provides video and photos of the work he has completed. I would definitely recommend him to others.
