This company is a scam. Showed up with wrong part and tried to bill us for the trip charge. Then started to harass our client regarding being paid for the work they did not do. If I was the owner I would fire Eve and her subordinate immediately. How hard is it to apologize that you made a mistake and move on. No, you want to threaten a client for your failure. Do not use this company.
