The interaction I’ve had so far with Benfield has been outstanding and highly professional. I reached out to them for a home generator estimate and they had a representative out to my address the next day. The representative (Mr. Ferguson) showed up on time as promised and throughly went over my installation and checked the system to ensure all work was completed. He instructed me on how the system works and provided me with vital information about the system.

Tech arrived on time and was pleasant to talk with and interact with. He was thorough and explained the process of the inspection. He was knowledgeable about the job and allowed me to ask questions about what this inspection was about. He arrived on time and was very professional and explained why he was there. He verified and analyzed the issue and performed a diagnosis of the system. Then he was able to find the problem and correct the problem. He replaced the part and retested the system and resolved the issue. Good technician and easy to talk to the customer. Really appreciate him and the service thus far.

Sergio quickly diagnosed the issue; reset the fixture and box. He explained why the other drop pendants would not light after checking whether the issue was the fixture, transformer or power supply

I had two outlets installed in my bathrooms. Sergio was quick and efficient. He demonstrated professionalism and he went the extra mile to ensure there was no damage to my drywall. Excellent service overall.
