General Contractor reviews in McLean, Virginia

No what it was five years ago.

Great service. Great product. Highly recommend.

Spectrum does amazing work, employee have great pride in their work, staff are perfectionist.

HDG partnered with Spectrum Construction in the renovation of 1800 Oak. Spectrum Construction exceeded our expectations. The space is now a stunning urban living experience!

We called Sean Simmons for an estimate to do the build-out of our new store. After initially being very helpful, he became non responsive, did not even provide an estimate and wasted a month of our time with empty excuses. Do not waste your time with this company.

Outstanding Interior General Contractor. Top Notch professionalism. Below are just few of there jobs.

Spectrum was our general contractor for our new offices on N. Capitol Street NE in DC. From the beginning, they were really on top of it and stayed on schedule. Yes, there were a few things that delayed the project, but that's to be expected for any construction. Plus, the delays weren't on Spectrum, but the fault of some of the other vendors we worked with. Despite that, our space was done only 1 week past the original due date. Very impressive!

My organization chose Spectrum because their price was very reasonable compared to the other two companies we were considering, plus they were highly recommended by our architect.

Both Maximillian (our proj. manager) and Stephen (superintendent) were awesome to work with and happily answered any questions we had and handled any requests we made. If I ever need a new office built, I know who to call!

Thanks so much Spectrum!

Our company completed contracted work for this contractor over a year ago and the invoice remains unpaid.

Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, payment has not been made. It is extremely concerning for a contractor to leave subcontractors unpaid after work has been completed.

Subcontractors and suppliers should be very cautious before working with this company.

Got my kitchen done. Quick response and great service.

They're very nice people and respectful to do the best for customers, thanx a lot

They are very professional, my folks recently got the floor replaced with hardwood and man the job done is just outstanding, very polite and get the job done in a timely fashion

I have used Project X on a couple of my projects, They stand behind their work and I am very pleased with their work, Will definitely be back to do business.

Terrible experience, do not recommend. Caused our family added stress unnecessarily, project that we were told would take 10 days took 3+ months and was not finished to code. Quotes were inaccurate and we had to pay thousands in foreseeable expenses just to keep the project going.

It was an absolute pleasure to have Project X make our new home into our dream home. Their professionalism is unmatched. They exceeded our expectations on every level and I can’t wait to use them again. Great service with amazing prices, their team is simply the best.

Project X was wonderful to work with! Aydin is very responsive and worked with me to ensure that my design vision came to life perfectly. The team always showed up on time and worked efficiently. So far, Project X has remodeled my staircase, powder room, and entryway closet. I look forward to working with the team again!

Project X was fantastic to work with! They went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of and that the job was done right. I will definitely be using them again in the future and I urge you to do the same. They are trustworthy and competent and they will ensure that you get what you need even if you don’t know that you need it! Ahmet and Kian were fantastic! Highly recommend!

After having a flood in my house, I reached out to project x contractors to help repair the damages.

Luckily, they understood the urgency and came out right away. Not only did they repair everything that was damaged, but also helped me to redesign the place to be more functional.

They have a lot of experience in design and functionality when it comes to construction .

If you don’t know what to do or I need help with anything construction related definitely give them a call

Great work, great people, very professional. They were able to redo my kitchen after a fire, and did a very well job. Was also able to put in a new toilet, even after it being difficult due to the house being old. 10/10 would recommend

Jose and his crew are top notch 👍 On time, responsive, and quality work!

Great job and very prompt. They installed my roof swiftly and efficiently.

Thank you Jose and crew for transforming the rooms into a very pleasant place. We appreciated your responsiveness and communication about the project and would recommend you to others and for our future projects.
