We used Boss Design Center for a full house renovation back in 2019 including bathrooms, stairs and kitchen. The results were outstanding and the experience was a true pleasure. So when we moved house recently we had no hesitation in reaching out to them once again. Fortunately, they had a window in which they could squeeze us in and as we expected, they designed, delivered and installed a stunning kitchen with amazing details.
Working with Boss Design Center is really simple. When they promise to deliver a project it is exactly what you get. If they say their electrician or plumber will show up on such a day, you can be sure they will be there.
And if they say the project will cost $X, that`s what it will cost. If you decide to add extra`s or modify certain plans along the way, they are excellent at providing a detailed cost of what those changes will cost you.
My husband loved working with Ava to develop and draw up the initial concept, deciding on which colours and materials to use to deliver the look she wanted.

As a recent arrival to the DC area, I didn’t have a network to ask for referrals when it came time to renovate our kitchen. Instead, I looked at many online reviews, reading them carefully to see which sounded authentic and offered more information than “great job.”
The detailed positive reviews for Boss Design stood out, and now that our kitchen renovation has been completed, I understand why other reviewers were so enthusiastic. I can add my positive experience to theirs’, as we are delighted with the results.

The project came in on budget with no surprises along the way or at the end, and we felt that they were looking out for us throughout the job. One example is that when we selected a specific tile for the backsplash, Talha said that we would be paying far more than necessary and that it wouldn’t be appropriate for the kitchen as it would be difficult to keep clean. Instead, Gee came to our home with a similar tile sample that would work better and would be a fraction of the other tile’s price. We actually liked the second sample better, and it looks great in our kitchen.
Our original ideas were carefully considered, and when they thought that other options might work better, we wound up agreeing with them (most of the time). Having seen and lived with the final result, I have to admit that they were right in their suggestions.
The appliance dealer that they recommended was a pleasure to work with, and when there was a price increase on several appliances between the original meeting and the actual ordering, the dealer was able to get the increase greatly reduced.
When there were errors or miscommunication (and there always are in any project), they were quickly remedied with no arguments or extra charges.
