Reviews of local pros in McLean, Virginia

Even the farthest vents in our house now deliver consistent airflow post leak repair.

Ahmed and his helper were a pleasure to work with to start. He gave a detailed assessment of what he thought would work for the condition of our carpets as well as provided options for treatment. At the end of the day, I was shocked when I came back to find the carpets looking 10 times better than expected. Still can't believe how the high traffic areas looked like new!! These guys are the best I have see!

The team removed cat hair., pet stains. Very happy with job done.

This is the second time I've used Salem Steamer and the carpets had black grease from the two recliners gears underneath, several tea stains (I drink a lot of tea), general stains at the front door and some pet stains from my cat. The carpets looked and smelled so fresh and almost new when I moved last week. I can't recommend this company enough and will call them again and again and recommend them to all of my friends!

This is an amazing small business. We had a roof leak that started dripping through into the living room, and soaked our oriental rug. Ahmed (owner) responded to my phone call on a Sunday afternoon and given the nature of the situation, agreed to come by and was at my home within 30 minutes!!

He has very reasonable rates, and runs an HONEST business (rare these days). I highly recommend anyone in need of good carpet service to go with Violet Enterprise.

Ahmed and his assistant were very capable and professional. They cleaned an older upholstered chair with great care and very good results. They also cleaned the carpet on the stairs. They were quite soiled and now look like new. Great service at an affordable price.

Ahmed and company can be recommended with no regret. Professional, always ready to help costumer very humble. I had great experience with him and his team, and William has a great personality polite honest and always ready to help. Overall, I gave them 5 stars and will recommend with no regret. Thank you Ahmed for your great service.

Great service! We've used Violet several times and have always been very happy with the job that is done. Ahmed is a delightful fellow and hard worker. He's very good at keeping the customer in the loop about timing and when he's coming.

Amazing job - Carpets look brand new! Highly recommend.

Ahmed and Solomon were such professionals and they came through for me in crunch time. With a day’s notice, on New Year’s Eve no less, they handled my move-out carpet cleaning and decluttered all the items in the house that I wanted to discard. They went above and beyond and I recommend them to anyone that wants quality service.

Mr. Salem is the nicest and easiest person to work with. He’s thorough and does a great job!! Highly recommend!

I hired Violet Enterprise to clean my carpet based on all good reviews on google, and the service didn't let me down. I was concerned I might need to replace the carpet since I am selling my condo. Ahmed did a really good job of cleaning my carpet, they look much better and nice now, I don't have to replace them. I really appreciate the job he's done. Strongly recommend it.

Without a doubt the recent job at First Hijrah Foundation was amazing, and I am extremely impressed with the cleaning services provided by Salem Steamer Asset Preservation, Maintenance and restoration. Their commitment to excellence and attention to detail have truly set them apart. The results they delivered far exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Excellent service. Ahmad is very professional and his team is superstar. The carpet got the cleanest ever after their nice job. Price is not the cheapest but the job they did deserve it. I personally could not remove the spots at all when rented the rug doctor. If you stuck with hard to remove spots on your carpet call Ahmad and his company Violet Enterprise LLC and you will get the best results.

Great service. I recommend to all.

Salem Steamers did a fantastic job and were able to meet our schedule needs. The job was professionally completed with great care. They paid attention to detail. They quality check their work and made us walk thru to ensure our satisfaction. They have done many jobs for us. Not only do we keep going back to them but recommend them as well. Definitely a preferred vendor!

Excellent service- I wish I would have set an appointment sooner! I was able to easily book online. On the day of the appointment, I was informed of when he'd be arriving. The service to remove the stain on my area rug was effective and quick. He was very friendly and we really appreciated his time! I would 100% recommend to a friend or family member and would also use this company again myself.

We had a serious stain on our carpet. Ahmed showed up… same day and solved the problem. Thank you! Five stars!

Ahmed and his team did a wonderful
Job on our rug cleaning. Very through and meticulous . Spent extra time making sure the rugs were free of stains and pet dander. Would highly recommend

My neighbors and I have been going to him for several years now and we cannot say how much we enjoy his services! He’s very clean, on time, considerate and respectful. Prices are truly reasonable and affordable. We definitely recommend for both carpet and the AC!
