Was referred to this company by a friend. Called them to ask if they’d be able to help with a broken pipe and the guy that answered wouldn’t confirm this was capital city services and basically acted like I was bothering him so no I will never use the services of this unprofessional shady place

Capital City Services has been our company plumber for over 10 years. Absolutely the best group of guys. They do not cut corners when it comes to performance.They are very prompt and professional and when they are finished I know the job has been done correctly. May not be the cheapest guys in town but you cetainly get what you pay for and do not have to worry about going back; they leave a neat clean job. Would not use anyone else!

I was hoping that I would not have to give this review. However, I must be totally honest. I hired this company to lay new flooring. Long story short, I had to hire another company to rectify issues that Precision refused to correct, despite their one year labor warranty. The owner, Saquann Massenburg, is polite; however, he is extremely dishonest and cunning. Needless to say, Precision Flooring will never receive my business again.
