This company does an awesome job cleaning carpet and furniture. They are knowledgeable and professional. Plus the staff is friendly and willing to accommodate our busy schedules.

I have a really light colored carpet and a dark dog... needless to say the combo doesn't mix well lol. ChemDry made my carpet look brand new again! Would totally recommend, and I plan to use them again in the future.

We had Chemdry of Henrico out to the house to clean the carpet in my den. We have an older dog that has had some accidents over the years that have left some deep, ugly stains that we couldn't get up with over the counter means. JP showed up on time and was able to get even the toughest of the trouble spots out. I was the most happy when our other pets, our cats, came down and both laid out on the carpet after it dried. They hadn't done that before. Sign of a deep good clean. I will use them again and recommend them freely. In fact call them ASAP if you need a fresh start for your carpet!

We had our living room furniture cleaned today. JP and Austin worked together as a team and did a spectacular job. Our sofa, loveseat and ottoman look brand new! Lisa scheduled our appointment; they were right on time. We will absolutely have them do work at our home in the future.

Please make sure you call the "Henrico" Chem Dry branch and NOT the "Richmond" branch. Henrico came and fixed a really terrible job left by the Richmond Chem Dry ppl. The Henrico Chem Dry company took my call listened to my issues and not only came when they said they would but made my stairs look brand new! My carpet was horrific. I almost decided to rip the carpet up after the shoddy work the Richmond Chem Dry made of my stairs. But the Henrico Chem Dry branch came and completely did a fantastic job. I recommend the chem dry of "HENRICO" 1000%

Everything looked so nice and smelled so good when he was finished. I don't think you can get a better outcome from anyone else. And, the price is reasonable. I have spoken with Lisa due to a previous review that I mistakenly placed on Chem Dry of Henrico. She was very helpful and understanding of my issue with the other franchise. If we have any need of service by Chem Dry in the future, I will consider using her franchise.

Late last year Chem Dry of Henrico cleaned the carpets on the home I was selling, and they did a great job. Old pet stains in one bedroom had magically disappeared. Once we moved to our new home, I noticed our sectional sofa was looking kind of dirty. I called Chem Dry, they set up an appointment that worked with my schedule, and the results on the couch are outstanding - it looks almost new. It did take a little bit longer than expected to dry, but it was well worth the wait. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
