I am highly satisfied with the service we received from Herman W. Allen Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. They came out and fixed replaced my hot water heater the same day we called. They were courteous and professional, and their price was great!

This company installed a brand new middle to top-of-the-line Lennox heat pump, and it has been nothing but ongoing problems for over 6 months. At least part of the problem is the heat pump itself with the proprietary thermostat (which is complete junk), but it has mostly been extremely underwhelming techs. As an example, the last tech that came out said that my compressor blew a fuse (just on 1 leg) because my air filter was dirty in the air handler. He had no issue repeating this several times. That has been par for the course with everyone I have seen. Avoid!! - To clarify, the company had to come back out twice for the install itself because the installers could not get it working correctly and never could explain why it wasnt reducing the air temp after long periods of operation - and I had to initiate the return visit. Then again because they forgot to bring a part. I called again a couple of months later but did cancel the appt due to a conflict, other than my lack of confidence that cancellation was not their fault.

And re-hook the toilet when I have new floors installed into my home. Called to set up appointment time, was on time and very polite. Got the job done fast. Call them if you need plumbing and heating done!
