Awesome small company with attention given to every detail.

I had a bad experience with this company (actually a 2 person outfit). I called them as they were Authorized service dealer for AO Smith with a company provided warranty number. Did not hear from the for days. When I finally got a call back, I was told it would take 4 weeks to show up. I had to call the company (AO SMith) and escalate the issue. Finally when they showed up, told me it was an install issue and charged a hefty service call fee.
Given I had to wait for more than a month and was not told about any service fee upfront, I would NOT do business with this company. I would go with a well established HVAC company. The only reason I went this company as my unit was under warranty and they were the ONLY authorized service folks in a 100 mile radius.

Very quick to respond and really friendly. We had a backed-up sewage system that they traced out to the street. While it ended up not being fixable from our end--the city had to fix their sewage pipes in the street--8 Un-Clog was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

First rate customer service! I called from the west coast to have a problem looked at on the east coast. Spent less than a minute on hold. Talked to a human who took down my info, and got a call back from 8UnClog within a few minutes. Scheduled an appointment for 9:30 the next morning. Dana showed up on time (actually early), diagnosed the problem, and removed a lot of dried paint someone had poured down the drain. Really nice to deal with. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do they will be the first one I will call.

This is a second excellent review of 8 Un-Clog services. I had them come out 11 months ago to unclog a stubborn clogged kitchen drain; but because we have old pipes they had to come back a second time 11 months later. They unclogged it the second time at no charge because it was within their 1 year warranty. He was thorough, prompt, clean and professional. I highly recommend this service!
