Pro-Lines staff members Kierre and Jacob have been to my house on 2 different occasions and both times they were very professional, on- time, respectful of my property. They replaced a new Best Downdraft. The installation was tedious and in an tight location, coupled with the fact they had to move a 36" range to get to the downdraft location. The downdraft works great and they did an excellent job installing.

The service is amazing! Jody was proficient with the scheduling and follow-up. Derrick arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable. Our problems with Wolf oven were fixed in short order. Amazing service, awesome employees… totally satisfied with Pro Line Appliance!!

We had a new Samsung dishwasher installed and the old machine removed and hauled away.

Absolutely recommend Pro Line without reservation. I wish more companies operated at this level of customer service, professionalism, and execution. From the first time Candace answered the phone until the installers left my house, Pro Line was absolutely exceptional. The team that did the installation took their time to get it right. They communicated what they observed during the installation and took time to make sure all my questions were answered. And they cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciate.

We've used Pro Line over the past 2 years to install all of our new kitchen appliances as they arrived throughout the life of our renovation. They are incredibly knowledgeable about each appliance, they are very efficient, they clean up and never leave a trace of dirt or dust, and they always arrive on time (or early!) We have worked with Brian, Jacob & Pierre, all of whom are awesome. We will continue to use Pro Line for installations and repairs and highly recommend them!

Pro Line installed my new GE Monogram dual fuel range - they arrived on time, made sure they took precautions to avoid any kind of damage to flooring or other items, removed the old stove and skillfully installed the new one. They went over every detail of the range, making sure I understood the features and that they all worked properly. They even discovered a manufacturing defect and were able to fix it on the the spot- saving me a service call! Couldn’t have nicer, more professional, and knowledgeable. Wonderful experience.

Pro-Line installed our new Blue Star Range and we are super pleased! The guys called ahead and were able to get here early. They were super friendly and did a great job navigating the appliances in and out of our home. They were willing to answer all of our questions on the new range and we really appreciated the friendly and professional service we received. After the guys installed it, Ray came to be sure everything was working properly. I would most definitely recommend them for an install job!

I used Pro Line Appliance to install a dishwasher I bought. Called them and they walked me through everything I needed to know. Joe was scheduled to come out to do the install and ended up calling to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come by early. That never happens to me! Joe brought all of his own tools and equipment to move the dishwasher into position without scratching our floors. He noticed that the old dishwasher had been installed a little odd and promised to take care of it and sure enough, the newly installed dishwasher is set in the space much better than I thought possible. He took the time to make everything look and work perfectly. Would absolutely hire Pro Line again for any future work.

Pro-line installed an over the range microwave. I was replacing an older Kenmore microwave with a Whirlpool, and had already removed the old microwave and discarded it. I was a bit nervous about the install because of the different brands, but the installers did a great job, were very attentive to detail, and cleaned up thoroughly. I am very happy with the finished result!

We live in an older home with a number of “quirks “. Recently we needed to replace our dishwasher and knew it would be a tricky removal and installation. Pro Line was recommended to us by the business from whom we purchased the dishwasher. Every step from securing an in-home review and estimate to scheduling the removal/installation to the actual installation was great. Each of the employees was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. It is quite obvious they place a great emphasis on customer service. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience and highly recommend Pro Line.

If I am forced to find fault, it is only that they are so busy that it takes a while to get a spot on their schedule. From the first moment of contact to the final thank you and goodbye, the entire team at Pro Line was professional and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Pro Line installed a new cooktop (gas)/oven (electric) for us. They two young men showed up on time, took great care to keep me informed. They did a great job of installing, cleaning up after themselves and being very precise to ensure everything working as it is supposed to work. I was delighted with their visit, work and attitude.

I've used Proline to service my appliances since 2013. In 2023, I prepaid for a very costly refrigerator part that they took over a year to install. They said the delay was due to the manufacturer and I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. I've continued working them until now. A technician (very nice and don't fault him) came out to service my dishwasher a few weeks ago. He spent less than ten minutes at my house and told me to just keep running my machine on sanitize. Proline charged me $225 for that! I tried calling them back a week later to let them know the problem was still occurring and they stopped answering or returning my phone calls. I've found a new company to service my appliances, at which time I learned that Proline is no longer certified to service my brand of dishwasher. I wish they'd told me that when I called to set the appointment and before they charged me so much for nothing! Proceed with caution...

From an initial service call being blown off, to a reschedule this company has been awful. The office manager Julie is incapable of running an office. Their technician was pleasant when he came, but after several of the most disappointing conversations as well as a horrible lack of communication between all involved in our issues, I can honestly say we will never do business again.

Ray and his assistance removed my old GE wall ovens and replaced them with a new KitchenAid wall oven. They were quick and efficient. No mess to be seen. They made it seem like it was a perfect fit! Definitely recommend them!

We hired pro line appliance to install our slide-in range/oven along with our new exhaust hood. Our original set up included a drop in range placed in a build in cabinet. The project was not overly complex, but required some cabinet modifications to allow for the slide in range. We could not be happier with the overall result. Brian was professional, experienced, and the final result looked like it was meant to be there. Great work guys! Would use them again and may also buy our next appliance need from them as well.

Pro Line Appliance has a Professional, thorough, expeditious, courteousness and pleasant staff! We are thrilled with the excellent quality job Pro Line provided when completing the custom installation of our new KitchenAid Ovens and Warming/SlowCooker drawer. The clean-up after the job was exceptionally thorough; over and above what would be expected! They also installed a new circuit breaker and kindly adjusted a gapped cabinet door duo and tightened all the handles on our 3 year old matching refrigeration when we mentioned the problems!
