Lee was prompt in returning my inquiry and within a week the job was done. He worked with us on a solution to the problem which was even better. I would recommend him for any job to all our friends and relatives. Good man to know and a good worker!!

Lee and his team did a great job with the projects that I gave them. They were punctual and made sure that I was satisfied with the job before leaving.

Lee came out and repaired some drywall, baseboards and shoe molding after a water leak. He made several trips to make sure everything was dried and properly sanded. For jobs that are beyond the basic DIY this is a great service.

Lee was able to fit my repair into his schedule very promptly. He suggested repairs to my fence and the result exceeded my expectations of what could be done. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work.

My husband and I moved into a new home in late July. We had a list of items to complete in the house while we settled in. Several of those items were electrical (light fixtures and ceiling fans). I found Small Jobs Handyman Service online and contacted Lee. I sent him our address and list of items w/ pictures. We’re located in Ashland, Lee is located in Midlothian. A solid 30 mins commute 1-way. Lee was kind and professional in his communication, quick to respond and answer questions. He sent us a reasonable quote which we agreed upon, followed up with a contract listing all items we asked to have completed. Lee arrived on-time and started the list (all total, 14 items). He was patient and professional, brought any/all concerns to our attention immediately - talked through options with us. Above all else he did beautiful work. His attention to detail and precision was excellent. Ceiling fans can have a tendency to ‘wobble’, especially when turned on high. Lee installed 6 ceiling fans for us and there is no ‘wobble’; they are all perfectly steady. Items that were mounted on walls are secure and perfectly level. Lee’s work and craftsmanship are exceptional. We definitely hope to work with him again in the future.

Lee was great. Not a huge job hanging a TV, but it was through brick veneer, and the TV is heavy. He mounted it perfectly level, centered, and with just enough space under it for the sound bar. Couldn’t be more pleased. We will contact him again for any future jobs.

Lee and his crew built a 10 x 12 pool deck for me. They showed up when they said they would and completed the project in a timely manner. The guys building the deck were courteous, knowledgeable and hardworking. There was no drama or anything they simply went about their work and got it done. Lee was a joy to talk and deal with and he made sure everything had been done like we wanted. I’m sure I will have other projects for them in the future.

At the end of last year, there was a windy chill advisory and half of the front fascia board came off of my home. I reached out to Small Jobs Handyman Service and was given a great quote for repair. My technician was on time and completed the repair in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and quality of work. I have recommended this service to friends and family.

Lee came to do a bathroom remodel for us. He did a great job! Lee was prompt in coming out for a quote and answered all of our questions. He communicated well throughout the entire process and I will be using him again in the future.

Lee was great! He repaired our front deck. He responded in a timely manner, and always communicated when I had questions. He kept me updated by sending me pictures of the job, since I was out of town. We will use him again.

Lee did a great job on a handful of small jobs we needed help with, fixing some siding, repairs to the soffit and eaves on one side of the house, and sealing up around the chimney. He was responsive and got the job done quickly and well. Thanks Lee!

I am so glad that my husband found this company. The owner Lee was very prompt in getting back to us as soon as my husband sent him a message he came the next day. He looked at everything we wanted him to do and he also pointed out some other things that needed attention that we hadn’t even noticed. That was a blessing to us and he was very honest and upfront with us about everything. He quoted us a price and we feel it was reasonable for the work he had to do. Great experience here! I essentially handled everything via text and all things went very smoothly. I reached out and got a reply with an estimated within minutes, then had my door installed the next business day! The team who came out worked fast and did a quality job. Also pointed out some helpful tidbits and went the extra mile to secure my door most appropriately for my location. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Lee and his workers put up a wall in our home to turn an open sitting area into a home office. They did an outstanding job - they took the job right away and completed it in just a few days. They were thorough and professional and it looks great! Lee also hung a French barn door to complete the look!

Lee was very responsive by text and was very competent and efficient at the small projects needing attention in our home. Both of them were fixed a couple of times by another Handyman, but those repairs were not permanent. We haven’t had any trouble with the tasks that he repaired.

Recently I contacted two do-it-all contractors with great Google reviews for their responsiveness. Neither of them called me back and a third, I suppose, has retired. That’s when I found Small Jobs Handyman Service. Lee responded to my text message the same afternoon!

Just two days later, he installed two hanging ceiling light fixtures and a new kitchen faucet. The following Thursday, he began replacing cedar siding on my house, including the chimney and on the back near utility boxes and a downspout. Applied sealant, too, near a skylight in front. Lee does high quality work and, thanks to his responsiveness, gave me back a lot of time I would have lost waiting for someone to call. Already planning to hire him again!

Very quick to respond to email and text. Lee installed a new lamppost in our front yard (and removed what was left of our old one). He did a great job and it looked great but there was a problem after I installed the light bulbs that evening. I let Lee know and he returned very quickly to fix that problem. You could not ask for a better response. Great job!

Work was scheduled with a 3 hour window. The team arrived for work early in the window. They were friendly and professional. Siding repair and replacement work was performed above the roofline in a safe manner. I appreciated the approach used to secure the siding. New cut siding fit very well in place on the dormer.
