I contacted Generac to get a quote for a backup generator. They put me in touch with S&S. I exchanged emails with Jessica and set an appointment. I restructured my day to meet the technician. Thirty minutes past the appointment time I called to see where they were. They said they knew nothing about the appointment. I told them about the emails and they said they would figure out what happened and call me back. Well, no call, no email , no text. Save your self some time and avoid S&S.
