Joe and his partner were great. Very personable and clear when explaining everything to us. He even pointed out small details and provide advice to us to avoid unnecessary expense when dealing with people who may try to sell us services we don't need because we may not understand what the issue really is. Juan was very attentive to our buyers throughout the inspection. Before the inspection Juan asked if they had any concerns before he started the inspection and addressed those item specially during the inspection.
