We were on a regular monthly schedule of cleanings with this company for about 6 months, and in that course of time, we experienced far too many issues to continue working with them. From the staff flooding our gas stove (causing it to click constantly and malfunction for more than 24 hours), forgetting to make beds, and leaving our floors so slick my daughter slipped and fell (and I, 6 months pregnant at the time, almost did the same)… on top of being overcharged from our agreed-upon rate… I can’t say I’d recommend working with Five Star Maids.

The Five Star team did and immaculate job on my house! We have 2 giant slobbery dogs and 3 cats and it’s just too much for me to keep up with. They deep cleaned everything and took so much burden off me and I get to enjoy a beautifully clean house! Looking forward to regular service!

Wonderful! Came home to an incredibly clean house. Had a very friendly team of 3 from the Blue Team. We asked for the deep cleaning option because since moving in 18 months ago the house had not been cleaned. They did great! The office manager stayed on top of contacting me if they needed more time for my approval.

We had just had significant repair work in our home and we were cleaning consistently but it seemed we could never catch up. Our neighbors use 5 Star Maids and said they do a great job so we had them clean our home. They did an amazing job cleaning. They moved furniture to clean the back side of furniture and underneath which commonly gets overlooked. They clean the top and also underneath area rugs. I watched and they team would use techniques to make sure nothing was missed, and all with super professionalism and positive attitude.

We thought this may be a one time cleaning to help us catch up, but the value we got for this service makes it worth while to have routine cleaning every couple of weeks.
