Tech was great but company prices $275 for a 20 minute job and a $20 part after paying for sevice charge of $105.
Needless to say won't be calling them back.
Waited through a 4hr window for the tech to show up an hour later.****Update*****
After a conversation with office manager I was very impressed with this company's focus on good customer service and addressing ALL customer concerns.
They have made very diligent stride in making me feel more at ease should I need their services again. -

Our technician reviewed out heating issue, determined what was the issue with our heat pump system and addressed it within 15 minutes. Explained to us the exact issue and told us how he could fix it. Very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Can highly recommend Griffith Heating and Cooling.
