We have a gated horse farm, and I really appreciate that Nicholas always lets me know when he is about 15 minutes away so I can move our horses, pigs, and dogs out of the area before he treats the yard. If I ever have concerns about any problem spots, he listens and addresses them right away. He’s very respectful of our property and always makes sure the gate is closed when he enters and leaves. My technician Kiara with Virginia Green is very knowledgeable and engaging. I’m alerted by email the day before she comes. I look forward to seeing her and learning about how my lawn is doing. We talked for a while about the strengths and weaknesses of my turf. She makes suggestions that I can do to improve its hardiness.

Daniel Treadway is our service technician with Virginia Green Lawn Care. Once again, Daniel has provided excellent service. Products applied to the lawn, annd the purpose of each, are identified in a Service Summary Report that is texted to me following each treatment. This report also includes observations regarding the condition of our lawn, and suggested things that I can do to improve the deficient aspects of the lawn, such as sharpening mower blades, and trimming trees. I have been a customer of Virginia Green for many years, and have been very satisfied with the results of the lawn care I receive each year.

Kiel was our service tech today. He applied the recommended treatment according to our plan. Kiel and his fellow technicians are very professional and very willing to answer all our questions regarding issues with the lawn or shrubs and address any specific problem areas. Great asset for the company.

Alex our technician is excellent! Today he was out in the rain giving us our first treatment for the 2026 year. He knows us by name and always gives offers a follow up report. I can’t say enough about him. I’m sure we’ve been using Virginia Greene now for five years with great results.

We've been Virginia Green customers for years and highly recommend their estate lawn service. Today's service was exceptional - Aaron completed the service efficiently and emailed me details of his visit. Not only did he list the applications he administered with descriptions of their benefits, Aaron also wrote a personal message about our turf density and color. He pointed out some minor discoloration and winter weeds and told me what it meant and when to expect it to go away. He offered to answer any questions and provided a phone number.

I came in & picked up 65 Bags of stone on two different trips, & they jumped on the forklift & helped me load stone. Thanks Gals !

The manager here cannot coordinate his own people to help customers.

I purchased some damaged bags of mulch and garden soil and ask the clerk for some plastic to cover the back of my van so the dirt would not spill all over the floor her reply was we don't have any plastic I said just something to cover floor floor she said once again we don`t have any I said well then take the items back I don't them she said go to customer service and another employee heard what was happening and he said I will get you some plastic and he did and helped me load it. A clerk that will not assist a customer should not be waiting on the public. I will not shop at this Home Depot again because Lowes is also close and friendly employees. And yes Home Depot can have my credit card back I will not be using it.

I've come to realize that Home Depot is like Target, while Lowe’s feels more like Walmart. Every time I visit, there are knowledgeable employees around, ready to help. Unlike my experiences at Lowe’s, I’ve actually been able to get wood cut here without being told the machine is broken or that no one knows how to use it. The same goes for the blind-cutting service—someone is always available and knows what they’re doing. It’s nice to shop at a store where things feel more organized, and customer service is a priority.

RSG Landscaping does the lawn service for our HOA. I had some concerns that were addressed and the crew member did a great job!!! Great customer service!!! Thank you!!!

Rsg has been servicing my property for a little over a year now and I must say Marlon and his crew (Lazaro & Siveno) exceeds expectation week in and week out. Not only do they display their incredible work ethic but they do it in a polite & respectable manner. I appreciate all of their hard work & dedication.

A 5 year old could cut better grass. I live in a HOH that has Lawn care company come out and this is hands down the worst company you could hire. They always miss weed waxing spots and spots with the mower. They never blow of drive way completely. And the company will not answer the phone to hear your complaint. It truly a poorly ran business.

How the results look is a couple of months away. But Eric at EKG is responsive and has a very on the ball staff. They made sure I knew how to set up for them and when they came they were very efficient and gone in under an hour. They did numerous passes and lots of seed and fertilizer with extremely large efficient riding aerators!
For me the best part is cost. I figure rental and tax on a Core Aerator was about $100 and then add fertilizer and several bags of seed and it would be at least another $100. So for $225 more I had a team of professionals in and out in an hour. I did not have to life a 250 Lb aerator into my truck, nor Schlep several bags to my truck. I also did not have to unload and then relaod and again unload the aerator nor push the thing around 1/2 acre several times and then do 4 or more passages with the seed and the fertilizer.
Why the heck didn't I do it this way before? Because most other lawn service companies that have the big equipment will only provide such services if you will sign up for an ongoing maintenance service contract. Eric is pleased to provide ala carte services. If I do not move anytime soon I will be calling EKG again and again!
