Commonwealth Curb Appeal came highly recommended by several of our neighbors. We have always admired their patios, firepits and fireplaces, so we knew from the onset that we would be in good hands. Chris and Garet were amazing to work with. They listened to our ideas and came up with a design that was perfect for our needs. Once construction started, they were quick to answer any questions and address any concerns we had throughout the process. The work crew was amazing! They were friendly, timely and worked harder than we could have expected. The finished product is spectacular and beyond our expectations! We couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Commonwealth Curb Appeal to everyone!

As a commercial construction Superintendent, I have extremely high standards for quality and communication. When I hired CCA to build a patio for my house, I hoped they would be great but they far exceeded my expectations! Their communication was spectacular, from their office staff, field staff and even the owner of CCA, I was pleasantly surprised.

From the moment they arrived with clearly marked, professional trucks and equipment, I knew this was going to be a great experience with just how friendly everybody was and eager to please. They documented the job well with photo updates and kept me informed of their next steps.

One thing that really set them apart is they performed their own quality control and did it very well. Josh, the owner, came out and did a video documented punch list and walked the project with me to further address any concerns I had as well. The workers spent almost an entire day literally just cleaning up, placing top soil, cleaning my driveway, wiping down my fence, etc. Besides the beautiful new patio, my yard and property looks like CCA was never here and that is extremely important to me.

I would absolutely recommend CCA to anybody looking for a professional patio, done right, with great people.

They aren’t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for with CCA and that is superior quality and a great experience!

I recently hired CCA to renovate a patio that was in disrepair. Their communication from start to finish was excellent! Josh, Sarah, and Rachel were all very responsive and answered my many questions throughout the process. Josh, the owner, came out multiple times to review the layout and walk me through the project before and during the project. There was one unforeseen circumstance that was addressed promptly, and despite the numerous rainy days, everything was completed efficiently.

Fermin and his crew were fantastic! Extremely hard-working! I had multiple neighbors come over and compliment them on how hard they were working, as well as how respectful they were in keeping the street clear and cleaned up after each visit.

I'm happy with my new space, and it looks exactly as the plans that were approved before the project! I would definitely recommend CCA to other homeowners or business owners looking to enhance their outdoor spaces.

CCA does the job right, from the first phone call to completion of the job. CCA understood our vision and delivered! CCA was respectful and I would be hard pressed to tell you that I have encountered and more professional construction group. Josh and Chris were tremendous assets throughout the process, getting their hands dirty and delivering the finished product.

Josh started up his company years ago and we were one of his first customers and hired him to build our outdoor patio in 2007. We immediately thought of Josh to take on the hardscape project encompassing our new home and pool in 2017. He once again did a fantastic job! He will do the job correctly and with integrity. We would highly recommend him!

Commonwealth Curb Appeal did an amazing job on our porch renovations. The whole process from multiple design meetings with Josh to the incredible skill of the craftsmen to the final product was fantastic. The work they did totally transformed our front porch and we have received numerous compliments from neighbors and strangers about the quality of hte work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have hardscape work done.

Reply nice team! I didn’t expect them to take responsibility for damage to unmarked irrigation lines, but also didn’t take responsibility for the marked line. Thankfully it was only $45.00 of damage but for a job that cost over 25K that seemed a little silly.
They are also tough to get ahold of after the job was done to fix issues. Except for a few issues they did a good job. They are typical contractors though, so keep that in mind.

What a wonderful experience! From first contact, through estimating, to construction, the entire Rosete family is courteous, professional and responsive.

Our project was a little tricky -- replacing an old retaining wall and installing stairs --while minimizing the impact on existing landscaping. The end result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!
