I discovered the water line to the ice maker was leaking in my garage. Called at noon on Friday and Lisa assured me that a technician would be here before 4:00. Will and another technician (sorry I don’t remember his name) arrived. Being considerate of my floor, they laid a red rug. Will explained the repair of the waterline. He immediately got to work on the repair while the other technician went under the house. Fortunately, there wasn’t any water in that area. However, he noticed a puddle of water around the main waterline into the house and found the leak. I was able to approve that repair after viewing photos and listening to how the repair would be done. The best part was that leak was able to be repaired. No need to schedule a different appointment! Both men were professional and courteous. I’ll definitely be calling on Heinco for all my plumbing needs!

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. James was both friendly and very competent. He found the problem quickly and repaired it professionally. I find comfort in knowing who to call for my future plumbing needs.
