James and his crew were very nice and timely. Hard to find that these days. Alpha Exterior power washed my house and stained my two story deck and replaced a few boards. They missed a few spots when power washing and came back right away to make it right. A few boards that were replaced after a few months got some mold on them. When I called James, he said they would take care of it however at an additional cost. That is not customer service especially considering the high price I paid, twice as much as other quotes plus paying for the stain. I was disappointed, being a business owner myself, that he expected me to pay for washing two boards and new staining. I also signed up for gutter cleaning which his quote reads like one price for fall and spring. After the fall gutter cleaning I was surprised to find the cost was for one gutter cleaning. Twice as much as I had paid last year. Very nice workers and timely so in today's world, I guess you have to pay a lot for that. Gutter cleaning was ok. The person i had do them before showed me photos of the gitters to show they were clear. I wish Alpha did that. Also they didn't do a great job of cleaning up tje leaves from the gutters. I was disappointed in that. I will say overall the work they did was good and the deck washing and staining was very good, besides the replacement boards issues.

Alpha Exterior Solutions always do a great job. They cleaned our gutters, cleared all the downspouts and took all the debris with them. They completed the job in just over an hour. Thanks guys!
