Swimming Pool Contractor reviews in Midlothian, Virginia

They do not answer phone calls, do not reply when requesting quotes not even sure if they are a business

Premier Pools & Spas couldn't have been easier to work with through the entire process.

Betsy and tea were amazing through the entire process even with a ton of changes that we had. Roadblocks that came up they were great the entire way. Would highly recommend.

We wanted a pool for our new home. We had the pleasure to work with Leo Mitchell. He was very professional and was able to answer all of our questions. Excited to see how our pool will turn out ! Thanks Leo!

We had an excellent experience with Premier. They were very detailed and were diligent in follow up and communications every step of the way. We are very happy with our new pool!

I cannot express how easy, and effortless working with the team at Premier! Trey helped me design the back yard of my dreams, and Logan and Betsy were communicative through every step of the process. I'd definitely recommend Premier to anyone! Thank you!

We had an amazing experience with Premier Pools and Spas. From the design to conclusion every detail was discussed in collaboration with us and issues were resolved immediately. We even went to "pool school" so that we knew how to maintain our pool and make it last!

I’ve really appreciated my experience with Premier Pools and Spas so far. I’ve talked to one of their designers over the phone just to get a no strings attached idea of how this process would go. He was very kind and insightful. When I get ready to start this process, I know I’ll be working with them.

They did an awesome job from beginning to end. Any concerns that I have they handed it right then.
I recommend using this company if you’re putting in an inground pool without any hassle.

Betsy and team were AMAZING to work with! Their ongoing communication, transparency, and quality of work exceeded our expectations. We love our new pool! Thanks Premier Pools and Spas for making our dreams come true!

Steve and his entire team could NOT have been better to work with. They were extremely professional, not to mention genuinely delightful human beings. I truly could not recommend them more highly. They absolutely transformed our backyard —building not just a pool but a pool house, gorgeous hardscaping, a grill area, and a basketball court. People constantly comment on our backyard. Because of them, it is the jewel of our house.

I reached out to Leo at Premier Pools & Spas for a quote on an in-ground pool, and the experience was exactly what I was hoping for. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. He took the time to answer all my questions and provided clear information, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re considering a pool, I highly recommend reaching out to Leo—his expertise and customer service are top-notch!”

Fantastic company and personnel! Betsy Mileski and Logan Farmer are the epitome of professionalism! Their employees and contractors were respectful of our home and property. All interactions with the homeowner's association and permits with the county were coordinated through their personnel. Premier Pools installed our pool in five weeks! We have already recommended them to three of our friends. Jim and Grace Helms

We had a seamless experience with Premier Pools and Spa. They handled everything from start to finish and made the process so easy. We could not be more pleased with our backyard oasis! Thank you to the entire crew! We truly were made to feel like we were the most important customer!

The best experience with a contractor ever! They take pride in their work and they stand behind it. Their design suggestions made my pool better than I ever imagined. I wanted to incorporate a specific fountain and they figured out how to make it work. Their price was the best and their customer service was excellent. When there was a hiccup (as there always is in a large project) they went above and beyond to make it right. Trey, Betsy, Beau, Logan, and everyone who worked on our project was an exceptional professional. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first salt water pool from Premier Pool and Spa. I am beyond impressed with the experience. The service was nothing short of excellent. The salesperson I dealt with was incredibly professional and demonstrated an exceptional level of proficiency in product knowledge and performance. Above all, he was courteous and patient, addressing all of my questions and concerns with the utmost respect and in a timely manner. I wholeheartedly recommend Premier Pool and Spa to anyone in the market for a pool or spa. One could not ask for a better experience from such a customer focused group of professionals.

We very recently wrapped up our pool install with the Premier Pools & Spas team. While I hope this is the last pool install we ever do, if we did another one, I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We signed our contract very end of September and construction wrapped in early March. We went with a fiberglass pool (~8500 gallons) with travertine decking, salt water, and heat pump.

Throughout the project, they were respectful of our property as well as had fantastic communication regarding any hiccups that were encountered and how they were going to address them. Any contractor who promises you a 100% smooth process you should run as far away from as possible. Shit is going to happen, what's important is how they respond and I give Premier an A+ in this regard.

Lastly, the real test came with their responsiveness after our final check has cleared and I have beyond impressed with their commitment to ensuring that we are happy customers.

We are very happy with the finished product and cannot recommend working with this team enough.

Premier Pools and Spas was a 5 star experience! From the onset this pool company was different from the other pool companies we consulted with. Premier was the only company that touted they were a one stop shop and could do everything we wanted and we wouldn’t have to worry about a thing. Let me tell you, they did everything as promised and we didn’t have to do anything outside of the electrical which Dominion won’t work with a 3rd party and that’s understandable. We are completely 100% satisfied with the work that was completed and the best investment we have made. A few other things that made Premier the Premier pool company beyond what they delivered, quality of materials, communication, and just a great overall team to work with. Lastly, we have a small yard and there was question on whether the pool would even fit in our yard, but they sure did get the pool to fit in our tiny yard=amazing work! An amazing pool company! Betsy and team deserve and earned the 5 stars!!!!

My husband and I couldn't be more thrilled with our new pool and spa from Premier Pools & Spas Richmond West! From start to finish, the entire process was professional. The team listened to our vision, provided expert guidance, and worked diligently to bring it to life.

We’ve loved using our pool and spa all summer, and we're continuing to enjoy our spa as the weather cools. The quality of the installation and the attention to detail shows that Premier Pools & Spas takes pride in their work, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

If you're considering a pool or spa, we highly recommend Premier Pools & Spas Richmond West! Their service and expertise truly stand out.

Premier Pools and Spas was a 5 star experience! If I was able to give 10 stars I would!!

From the very beginning our sales rep (Trey) not only made us feel extremely comfortable he was also very informative and super knowledgeable in a way that actually saved our pockets compared to the other pool companies we had spoken with. His suggestions made our vision for our backyard 10 times better than we ever could have imagined. We have had pools in the past at our previous homes and I must say the quality of our pool project that Premier Pools and spas Richmond West built for us is by far the highest quality we have seen, Not only compared to our previous pools but also from other pools in our current neighborhood that were built by other local companies!

Logan their construction manager and Beau their superintendent were an absolute joy to work with. The constant communication was a real treat compared to other contractors we have worked with in the past. I can honestly say the whole team, from the owner to the laborers they all definitely provided us with the best value for our dollar.

We could not not be any more happy with the whole process and final outcome.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Premier Pools. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. The pool is absolutely beautiful—better than we even imagined.

Trey was phenomenal throughout the entire process. He took the time to create detailed visuals recreating our actual house and landscaping, which was incredibly helpful since I have a hard time visualizing. He even drove all the way out to Earlysville to bring us stone samples in person. His communication, patience, and design eye made a huge difference, and he was a true pleasure to work with. He always went above and beyond!

Beau did a fantastic job managing the project—everything stayed on track and we always felt informed and supported. Randy and his crew brought the design to life with such skill and care. Junior and the stone crew were meticulous craftsmen. I was truly in awe of their attention to detail and the quality of their work.

Everyone we interacted with was so kind, respectful, and professional. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend this team without hesitation!
