We live in an older neighborhood in Chesterfield, and have A LOT of trees. Over the past few years we have had 2 incidents where old dead branches have fallen and damaged 2 of our vehicles. One of the damages was our daughters car, where a large branch broke out her rear window, and also managed to hit the seam surrounding it, causing extra body damage. A mess.

We recently found Joshua Tree, and they came out to survey all of the trees around our house and driveway. The identified quite a bit of deadwood that was a disaster in waiting.

Today they came out to remove a lot of that deadwood and overhanging branches. The crew was extremely professional. They had what looked like very new equipment including their own bucket truck, a chipper and other equipment. I have used other tree services over the past 20 years that we have lived here.. I won't need another one. Great job to the owner Tom and his crew. Super impressed!

Tom and his crew were amazing! They got the job done quickly, were super professional and left everything clean. Bonus points for giving me a heads up when the big part of the tree was coming down so my son could watch. He said it was the best day!!

Highly recommend Joshua Tree Service! They did a great job trimming and cutting our trees. Showed up right on time, were super easy to work with, and took care of everything. The cleanup was awesome too—yard looked great when they left. Would definitely use them again!

I am very pleased with my experience with Joshua Tree Experts. They came out the same day I called to provide a quote and were able to start work the next day.
The work itself was high quality, and they were careful with our property and landscaping throughout the job. They cleaned up the areas very well and left the yard looking great.

Tom, the owner has such good energy. He is so easy to work with and very accommodating. The crew was very pleasant , on time, professional, and demonstrated a level of expertise that is unmatched! They did an excellent job during the process in taking care of the surrounding trees, flowers, etc. And did a fine job cleaning up!!!

Very knowledgeable, affordable and efficient. The crew was professional and completed the work in about half the time I was expecting. There was no debris left behind after removing my tree, and the crew went out of its way to protect other trees and bushes.

From day one this company was a pleasure to work with. Professional people and equipment, showed up on time, did what they said, cleaned up after so it actually looked better than before! I can't give a higher recommendation and these days I
think that is rare!

Unwilling to honor the contract.
Unable to manage staff to insure standards.
Disrespectful of property.
Dangerous with guard animals.
And you'll get constant emails for years later (after canceling service, and requesting many times/many ways to stop).

Don't waste your time, or, if you're lonely they will definitely be a constant source of... Something...

Very happy with work done on removing a very tall oak tree. Crew really knew what they were doing. I was a nervous wreck but they did an outstanding job from removal to clean up.

These folks are the best firm I have ever worked with. From Laura the Tree Expert to Dan and his crew of Larkin, Cole and Kyle, they work quickly and efficiently and clean up after themselves like no other company I have ever worked with. Forget NorthernNeck time, go with the pros that show up when they say they will and do the work for the price they quote. I'm having them back to grind the massive stump soon! I've used them for years!

The cohesion among the tree cutting team was amazing to watch. I commented to Bartlett that if an NFL team demonstrated that level of cooperation, they would win the super bowl. Outstanding work in cutting down a dead tall pine and the clean up was amazing. If I need another tree cut down I will call Bartlett and charge my neighbors to watch a great team effort.

Let me tell you, they are great. I had a tree come down in the storm and they were able to move it away within an hour. Professional, courteous and efficient!
