Impressed at how responsive they were. My gf and I smelled something moldy around the house. As we worked our nostrils on overtime, we realized the smell was coming from the vents. We were able to get someone in the next day after a holiday weekend. Our vents were inspected right away. Great to have met the owner as well. My only complaint is WHY DIDN'T WE DO THIS SOONER !!?!?! Especially with one of my kids having allergy issues, hearing Chuck tell us about the mold in our system was pretty jarring and to think we've been in this house 21 years and never had our ducts cleaned. Well, thanks to Chuck's guys they are clean now and I can already feel (and smell) the difference !

MoldX was recommended by a friend and came to our home. At first they seemed really on the ball. They knew what they were talking about and were able to give us solutions to fix our mold problem. They came out once and started the process. They never finished the job and we were unable to get ahold of them. We called, went by their office, and emailed. We got no response and my husband ended up spending a ton of extra money to complete their job for them. I feel like we paid them a lot of money for us to do the work. To this day we have not heard back from them. We will look elsewhere for future mold issues.

Didn't call me back after leaving a message. Called on Tuesday left a message and nothing. I was recommended to use MoldX by Americool after getting service. I will be calling other companies to get my duct work cleaned.
