Do not trust this company!! My mother had a house fire recently, and hired Serv Pro to clean and restore the house. Turns out, an employee stole several of her REAL gold rings, along with some of my niece's jewelry. Luckily the manager found out somehow and the employee responsible was fired. But she now has to go through the house to see if any other valuables were stolen. It's so heartbreaking that a company that is supposed to help in a time of disaster has crooked employees who take advantage of the situation....If you are thinking of using this company, please look elsewhere.
I can’t say enough about the professionalism and level of detail ServPro offers for their services. Their technicians arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They left all spaces neater than they found them. Will be my first call if anything happens in the future. Have used them for a number of jobs on rental properties and my primary residence.
I would never recommend ServPro. What should have been a simple repair after a storm leak turned into one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. They came quickly (which I later found out was an extra fee never disclosed) and cut out most of my bathroom ceiling. Then, instead of repairing it after mitigation, they emailed me days later saying they were “too busy” and wouldn’t be coming back. My bathroom has been left unusable for 6 weeks and counting, with only a tarp covering the hole. During mitigation, they ran equipment incorrectly, filling my bathroom and bedroom with insulation dust and ruining personal items. At one point they wanted to leave the machines running for 9 extra days—charging me daily—because they couldn’t schedule anyone to come back sooner. Communication was nearly nonexistent, and whenever I asked what came next, the project manager acted like I was bothering him. To make matters worse, they tracked dirt through my bedroom, left debris everywhere, and ignored basic professionalism like wearing shoe covers. They even tried to leave holes in the tarp until I insisted they close them (that duct tape in the picture was the hole they tried to leave). And when it came to billing, they sent multiple invoices with no payment links, harassed me daily for payment, and ultimately charged more than their original estimate—leaving me to fight the difference with State Farm. I hired ServPro because they claimed to be a one-stop shop that works smoothly with insurance. Instead, I got delays, mess, surprise fees, and zero accountability. I had a heart attack earlier this year and was willing to pay a bit more BECAUSE they were a one-stop-shop. I paid them several thousand dollars to STILL have a hole in my ceiling AND roof. If you value your home, your health, or your sanity, use this company at your own risk.
Andres and his crew Ben and Lamonte were first class, quick to show up, and thorough with their jobs. They were both professional and personable. Highly recommend Servpro and this group particularly on any of your needs.
Very prompt and knowledgeable of the work needed to be done. Evan was very professional, timely at getting services done. Cost was billed to insurance company.
Andres and Lamonte from Servpro did excellent work on short notice after overnight rains showed a leak inside that damaged interior walls, paint and moldings. They thoroughly measured moisture levels, removed damaged materials, checked for mold and applied appropriate treatments. They also emplaced a dehumidifier, and fans to assure complete dry out of any residual moisture. Additionally, they thoroughly and completely explained all steps taken, why necessary, expected result, timeline and next steps. And, as an added touch of excellence did a great job cleaning up before departing. Truly professional in all respects.
