Horrible experience. We got them through American home shield . Do not use them . They don’t want to fix anything . If they can’t fix it they just report to them insurance company and say that you misuse the item . And the insurance company use that to denied your repairs. That why American home shield use this company. Very unprofessional and you can’t even get a hold of them after they come to your house .

I broke the light button off my refrigerator and Jay was very friendly and had it done in about 15 minutes!

I was having issues with my Samsung bespoke fridge it was not producing ice. Sam was scheduled to come by he was polite, informative, and communicative. I would call again for appliance repairs needed.

Jay from Tristate is a very nice Tech sent to my home through AHS. He was always patient and thoroughly explain what he was doing what he did and waited to see if I had any more questions. He also would explain why the appliance broke down.
