I was having issues with my Samsung bespoke fridge it was not producing ice. Sam was scheduled to come by he was polite, informative, and communicative. I would call again for appliance repairs needed.

Jay from Tristate is a very nice Tech sent to my home through AHS. He was always patient and thoroughly explain what he was doing what he did and waited to see if I had any more questions. He also would explain why the appliance broke down.

Overall excellent service

Got here in minutes and fixed a burst pipe in minutes.

Very affordable and professional service. Had a leakage handwash issue and he was able to resolve it within minutes. He had spare parts in his (cold) truck and within minutes was done.

Put in a tankless water heater after my tank died. Was told I would have to wait a week without hot water by another plumber. They got me hooked up next day at a reasonable price.

Unreliable. We talked on the phone and exchanged messages to get a quote and schedule an appointment. We even ordered the items we were supposed to furnish for the project. But he was a no show on the date of the appointment and didn't even respond to my last message. Would not recommend doing business with this company.
