I just wanted to take a moment to post the highest recommendation for Old Mill Mechanical and HVAC. Our downstairs unit went out yesterday after 6 pm. I called and left a message and Chris, the owner, called back within the hour. He had a tech here the next day, and the tech was AMAZING! We have had nothing but great experiences with Old Mill. For real, call them!!

Chris and his crew are terrific! They got to me quickly despite a very heavy schedule. They went the extra mile, finding the hard to get part on a weekend by asking their network of contractors. All his crew are courteous and knowledgeable, listened to what I told them and answered my questions. They're the best! I recommend them absolutely!

I really appreciated the efficiency, professionalism, and honesty of the Old Mill crew. They solved our HVAC problem as if it was at one of their own houses. They were polite, prompt, and did not try to upsell me anything.

After paying for a maintenance contract for nearly two years, we had a heater issue. Old Mill sent their technicians, charged us $700, and still didn't fix the problem. When we brought in another company, they resolved it quickly—and showed us just how filthy our HVAC system was. So I'm out about $1,000, and it's as if Old Mill never touched the system. Terrible service, top-dollar pricing.
