I had an awesome experience with High Sierra Pools. The staff is welcoming, I had the best supervisor and the location of the pools is awesome. I wholeheartedly recommend doing business with High Sierra Pools!

Marc andrew is a very good lifeguard. Very attentive and great with kids. High sierrra pools is a great company.

My experience with High Sierra Pools was so nice, I enjoyed a lot my job, I meet a lot of new people. The amount of hours to work per week was High, so my paychecks were really good.

The best summer ever I recommend for everyone to go there

Mark the lifeguard is amazing at Auburn Pointe Apartments. He is considerate, kind, attentive, and professional. We love having him as the lifeguard and trust him with our children who are learning to swim. He enforces rules when some tenants don’t want to follow. Our family is grateful for him and the opportunity that our pool is open.

High Sierra Pools is top notch from lifeguards to management! Very responsive to suggestions and always arrive on time. Our pool is pristine. Everyone in the community is loving their pool experience!

High Sierra has been managing the pool at the apartment community I manage and they have been PHENOMENAL. It's been a night and day difference from our company we used last year! Nikola and Nazar have been very responsive, the pool is the cleanest it's ever been, the lifeguards are well trained and attentive, and our residents have never been happier! It truly has made all of the difference switching to High Sierra!

The staff are polite and always ready to help. The office is well organized, and any issues can be resolved quickly. The pool is clean and well-maintained, the equipment works properly, and it’s a pleasant place to spend time.

I live at the Colonial Pines apartment complex in Williamsburg, and this pool season has been excellent thanks to Michael, our designated live guard. He's super friendly, incredibly professional and very responsible. The pool and surroundings area are always clean and in optimal condition, and he always dedicates some time to talk and welcome the users.
I've seen him give good advices on swimming (obviously) and work out, and have really good conversations with him about school, his home country, his experience working here, and more.
The only reason I'm writing this review for the company is because I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Thanks to this company, I’ve had such a warm and valuable experience. I met wonderful people, went through special moments, felt unforgettable emotions, and truly enjoyed every day of work. High Sierra also creates amazing events full of good vibes that you’ll love. I truly recommend this company from the heart.

It isn't very often that I comment on great customer service. However, when I find that someone takes the time to provide the time and patience to assist someone in the way that Ms. Fatima Malick did when I visited your store several times this month, I feel it my duty to make a big deal of it. I came into the Newport News, VA location after my home was severely ruined. Although she was assisting other customers, she acknowledged my presence while still being attentive to the needs of her current customers. She was friendly, yet professional. When it was time for her to assist me, I was all over the place and quite indecisive about the flooring I wanted to choose and not very knowledgeable about materials, installation, etc. To make a long story short, after I'd literally asked every question I think a customer could ask, she never seemed annoyed or bothered. Let me not forget to mention that it was near closing time. I just wanted to acknowledge her for being patient, polite, understanding, & HONEST. These characteristics are truly hard to find, especially in individuals who work for a company that doesn't need to work hard to please customers due to a pretty solid reputation. I showed a sample of the carpet to a store employee and asked them to cut it for me. The employee said it wasn't currently on the rack and would be ready in 30 minutes. Three hours later, the employee is nowhere to be seen, and about ten carpet workers are chatting and having fun. Even though I've been standing in front of the carpet rack for an hour, no one pays any attention.
