Matt was our technician. He was incredibly polite, kind, and technologically savvy. He had to replace the starter on our generator by feel. Never in 1 million years could I have done that. I thought the price was very reasonable. I would recommend unequivocally.

The tech, S. Ward, was punctual, pleasant, vey knowledgeable, thorough, and paid attention to detail. She went above and beyond in identifying and repairing a small oil leak that was not addressed by other techs. Excellent job.

Phillip was the Tech that did my annual maintenance work on my Generator.
I had the Emergency generator (Eaton brand) installed by Amber and her crew in 2012. At that time I needed to have the circuit breaker box upgraded to meet code and they did that as well. Luckily I have only needed it about a half dozen or so times since but I am thankful for it each time.
Phillip came to my door on June 17 at 2 o'clock (right on time) after notifying me he was on his way. Phillip was very professional and courteous throughout the process and recommended a trip test and found the equipment worked as if it had been put in this spring. He made a few suggestions (ant traps, battery replacement, keeping the casement clean, and even recommended leveling my AC unit to prevent problems). I am extremely satisfied with Gault Electric and their installation and maintenance crews.
