I spoke to Jas (sp) this morning because I needed a replacement faucet hose for a Delta kitchen faucet. I then experienced what was the very best service I have received in decades. While they did not have one in stock, he went ahead and contacted the Delta distributor and arranged for me to pick the part up, as a warranty replacement. Wow! I spoke to 3 different supply locations before and nobody took the initiative to do this, or even to tell me anything other than what I could pay for expedited service. You (Noland) have earned me as a customer for the future. THANKS!

My wife and I are extremely happy with the work you performed at our home last week. On Saturday, January 30 we were told there was a leak under the slab and given your name. Left a message for you that afternoon. You returned my call promptly that afternoon and told me you would come to our home on Monday early afternoon. You explain your suggestions and ability to start work tomorrow morning (Tuesday). The work was completed 100% Wednesday afternoon. A SINCERE THANK YOU!

They were here when they said they would be. Dave and Adam did a great job. I guess price was reasonable I have never replaced a water heater before so I don't know what it usually runs.

I would highly recommend the Trenchless Pipe Technology team. We had Robert come out and help us locate a problem. He was one time, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were able to reach out to David when we had additional questions and he helped in a professional way. They tackled a complex job at my church involving old terracotta stormwater drain lines. We didn't know where they went or their condition. With the boroscope inspections we got the information we needed and trenchless pipe repair came out and gave us a cost effective repair. Communication was great and the plumber Justin was very professional and informative and a hard worker. I would use again for repairs and maintenance.

After being at my “wits end” for well over 1 month with a severe leak that the water company and a plumber could not figure out I called David . He showed up on time and within minutes he discovered where the leak originated ! Unfortunately my foundation , flooring and garage have some serious water damage . Without a doubt it was probably the best $165 I ever spent !

Visiting my aunt in a one bathroom house and suddenly the toilet wouldn't work! He came in about half an hour(!) and not only fixed the problem, but went above and beyond and fixed a small but aggravating problem with the sink, too, when he realized the filter was probably just clogged. GREAT service! Polite, prompt, professional! Highly recommend them. So glad a neighbor said to call them.

This company was the best plumbing service I've ever hired. They were professional and courteous. They took care of my immediate issue with a clogged sewer drain caused by tree roots. They explained my options going forward to prevent it from happening again. I would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Trenchless Pipe Technologies (TPT) for any plumbing job. These guys saved me thousandths of dollars by focusing on the root cause of my issue that I had with my sewer drain line. They also gave me excellent advice over the phone, which built my confidence to try to resolve my issue myself before allowing their team to step in. After several attempts of trying to unclog my sewer drain line, I got extremely frustrated, and I called TPT. They arrived on time, and they were hard working and very professional. I stayed with them throughout the entire job, and they were very knowledgeable and friendly by sharing with me the details about the job. If I ever have this issue again, I now know how to handle it, thanks to TPT!

Unvelievable service that saved me thousands of dollars in repair costs with their "pipe bursting" technology. In and out in one day with minimal disruption to my day. Complete professionals, on time, hard working and results oriented. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any plumbing issues. I am so impressed with their service that I will be calling then again later this year to replace my sewer line.

Contacted Trenchless Pipe Tech in an emergency. They were able to work me into their schedule that day! Super nice owner and crew was top notch. Explained procedures all along during repair process. Would highly recommend them for any leak detection work and repair!!

I would like to inform persons shopping for a plumber to beware. David appeared honest and knowledgeable about plumbing as he continues to remind his customers of his 30 years of experience. This company is not well equipped for real plumbing issues!!!!.David and his crew arrived to my home and dug a trench to correct a sewer line for an agreed upon price all inclusive for 2800 (fairly comparable to the market) as it started, to correct what he saw was the issue.

Then increased the price by 2000 more dollars to rent equipment they did not have to complete the work,another days labor, backfilling expenses,a pump and excavator but failed to disclose this until after the trench was dug. I requested invoices at this point for concerns of price increases on 2 separate occasions after hearing they had to boost the price for rental of equipment and another days work and other items mentioned. I needed the invoice to recalculate and decide if i wanted to move forward before anymore work was to be completed for davids crew just dug a trench leaving me with a large pool of water.He failed to send the invoices as requested however mentioned with the 2nd request "ill send it if you want to do things the legal way and have you sign it".

I decided at this point this may not be a safe move. I informed david of my decision and chose to use a different company that was more reputable and equiped to complete the same job without charging 2000 more for equipmemt david was no longer professional.I hired another company to correct mistakes from TPT's rubber parts placed in a short part of the sewer line that was a small section of the problem. Needless to say TPT did not shovel the part of the ground where the belly was found by another company that was part of the problem and insisted it didnt need to be dug.

For failure to send an invoice requested x2 without proceeding with completion of the work showing the breakdown of the expenses and lack of professionalism. To make a safer decision I chose to have someone else complete the work. David approximately 3 days later after requests by me for invoices days ago said he chargers 300.00 per hour for a crew of three men that included david this doesnt include materials and charged me just over 70% of the original bill with 70% of the work incomplete for their lack of equipment as it relates to gound water and replacing a sewer line.David yells and screams when he gets frustrated and talked over me several occasions and isisted he explained the process and doesnt understand why I do not get it.

David has decided to take me to court to sue me for monies TPT didnt earn. So beware he is nice when you pay high prices,doesnt want to really explain the breakdown of expenses and charges extreme amounts of money per hour for 3 shovles and a trench. Do not waste your money here for this was not a great bussiness deal.
