Extremely disappointing experience with Benchmark. Our geothermal HVAC system at our rental property was serviced multiple times, and R-410A refrigerant was repeatedly added without our authorization or any direct contact with us as the property owners. The underlying issue was not properly diagnosed and for over a month the system was instead left to run without any formal diagnosis.
Benchmark has also failed to provide us with the service records and documentation we have repeatedly requested. My husband is active-duty military, and we rely on contractors to provide accurate information, proper documentation, and timely communication, especially when we are managing a rental property from a distance. Benchmark failed to do that.
We are now facing significant repair costs and weeks of delays. Based on our experience, we would never use this company again and I
would recommend you doing the same.

Just had Freedom Gutters LLC out and honestly, could not be happier. Ben (the owner) came out himself, was super easy to work with, and just felt like a genuinely good guy who absolutely knows what he's doing!

If you need gutter work done, do yourself a favor and call Freedom Gutters. Real craftsmanship, no hassle, fair guy to deal with. Will definitely be using them again.

Terrible manners one one of their guy cut me off while driving on Warwick ave today and blew the horn and he flicked me off and swerved back and forth in the lane. If this is how your guys drive. How do they act around customers and their houses ?
