The most unprofessional company!! They came to cut a tree down next to my mom's house the other day. They drove their truck on her property, tearing the grass up & then proceeded to block her driveway to mulch the limbs and branches. They left wood chips & sawdust on her car, driveway & yard which they didnt clean up properly. They could have done this in front of the house they were working at & who paid them!! So of course I called to complain & today some incredibly rude & aggressive man called me to say that because the tree was old, we should be thanking them for cutting it down & just wouldn't acknowledge their poor customer service & business practices. Nobody should give these people their money!! I am thoroughly disgusted. The worst part is that the owner refuses to even address this issue. Next step will be small claims court

The tree remover removed the surveyor's boundary marker upon cutting the trees where the marker was placed. My neighbor and I can no longer identify where our boundary begins or ends. I brought this issue to Mark's attention, along with the cost quoted by the Surveyor to return to the property and replace the missing boundary marker. Mark then went on and on to say that he removed the trees and isn't responsible for the boundary marker removed by himself and his workers. He then rudely hung up the phone on me. Bad attitude, does not accept responsibility for mal-actions and is completely unprofessional.

Great service, good personnel and staff. Runs a clean operation that had minimal impact on my land. Bud and Tracy are easy to work with as well as the staff. As professional as it gets when it come to hiring and certified arborist for tree care.

This company does not stand behind their work. I needed a stump grinded more than how they left it in order to have my yard graded. Since some time had passed since they had done a big job in my yard, I was willing to pay for this service. After numerous phone calls they said they didn’t want to be “bothered” and hung up on me. Don’t bite the hand that feeds you Trees R Us....that’s customers, referrals and word of mouth. You will not be getting any further business from me and I’ll be sure to let everyone know how unprofessional you really are.

I highly recommend Bud and the Trees R Us gang! They were extremely professional and courteous and removed a huge 50ft spruce in my fenced back yard and made it look painless. Make Trees R Us your first call for any tree issues you may have!

I want to thank Trees R Us for the amazing job they did removing the old trees from my backyard. They went above and beyond removing the old stumps and even putting down mulch! My backyard went from old and ugly to beautiful. I can now enjoy it to the fullest potential. I highly recommend Tree's R' Us not only for their professionalism, but for their work ethic. We were going to use this company to grind our tree stump. Everything was fine until our appt was rescheduled. Bud I believe his name is, was originally extremely nice and professional. He also quoted us a fair price. The problem started when our appt had to be rescheduled due to the weather (not their fault). The receptionist that called was very short and never gave us a time. All she said is our appt is being rescheduled to Saturday due to the weather and hung up.I will take responsibility for not asking for a time, but I was working. I assumed the time would be reasonable considering they seemed like a reputable business. Trees R Us, showed up at our house at 7:00 on a Saturday morning. My wife asked if they could come back because we weren’t aware that they would come so early. We thought the earliest would be 8:00. After explaining that we weren’t aware they would come that early and that we had a sleeping baby, we also later apologized. Trees R Us refused to come back. They also accused my wife of sending a nasty rude text to the number that called us, when her text wasn’t rude at all. She was simply explaining that the whole thing was a miscommunication on both ends. And that a time wasn’t given not even a window. My request at the beginning of this all was to have all communication go through my wife because i work from home and can’t really take such calls wasn’t granted. The receptionist continued to call me. Calls were short so i just took them. However, the receptionist is not very friendly. She never says goodbye and just hangs up in your ear. If you don’t run into any problems, this company may be right for you. However, if you do, they don’t care to accommodate their customers and are very unprofessional.

Trees R Us is just completing the removal of 2 very overgrown ornamental pear trees from my yard.
I have observed from the window and could not tear myself away from the operation.

The two tree cutters who climbed up in the trees were unbelievable! It was amazing to watch them cutting the angles and applying just the right leverage to put the (sometimes huge) branches right where they wanted them to go on the ground. The ground crew was extremely diligent and hard-working and always seemed to be exactly where they were needed, to pull ropes,remove tree parts, and clean up. Speaking of cleaning up, the job is complete, the trees and stumps have been removed, and the area is all cleaned up.
I recommend Trees R Us, Inc. to anyone needing to have tree work done! From
start to finish, dealing with Trees R Us was a positive experience.

They listened to our requests regarding the type of services needed and concerns of the after effect to the property. The job site was left neat with minimal to no lawn disruption. I would highly recommend Trees R Us. They arrived on time and cut down three large trees. One tree was within a few feet of my house, my shed and a fence. Everything came down just where they wanted it with no damage to anything. Afterwords they cleaned up everything. The price was very reasonable. so glad I found this company.

These guys are amazing!!!! The trucks pulled up and within a hour the tree was down. It was a big maple tree too. Everyone was very polite and very nice. They cleaned up all the logs and brush. I have a older lady that lives down the street and I took them over to meet her and they will be taking down her maple tree too. Not to mention the price is unbeatable, I had seven bids on this tree and not only were they the cheapest but they were absolutely very professional. In the future anymore projects I have I will call Trees R Us. Thanks Guys!

Trees R Us, Inc, provided tree removal services of several trees this morning at my home. They were here early, on time and worked in a safe and efficient manner. They offered competitive pricing for the tree removal. The company is professional from the office staff to the tree removal technicians. My total experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Trees R Us.

Trees R Us did an awesome job with our tree and stump removal. Bud and his team were on time both days we were scheduled and the men literally ran back and forth With tree limbs from our yard to the truck to grind everything. Great hustle! Clean up was great too. Will definitely use them again and refer all my friends who need tree removal.

We had an enormous tree that we were having pruned and evaluated. It turned out to be hollow in both limbs and trunk. They rescheduled quickly arrived on time and delivered amazing service. This was a huge undertaking. They were professional, cleaned up as they worked. When they were finished you would not have known they were ever here. I would use again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone in need of the service

I just used this tree service for the first time on the recommendation of a friend of mine. I needed work done at my home and one of my business properties.
I met with the owner and found him to be very professional and he walked me thru everything the job would entail in great detail.
The work was done on the day promised, on time and the clean up was amazing. The prices were very fair and the company is insured properly.
If you need a good quality company I highly recommend them.

After dealing with 2 other tree companies that continued to put me off I called Trees R US and Bud came out that day and gave me an estimate. In less than a week after that estimate the job is finished cleaned up and I couldn't be happier. Bud had a great crew that gets the job done and in a timely manner. Also his price was the best of the three companies that I called. It's refreshing in this day and time to see such professionalism and people who keep their word. Call this business before calling anyone else. I wish there were more than 5 stars for a rating.

Best one out of 4 other tree companies. Came to work on the tree when they said they'd be at my house. Didn't have to worry about my house, fence, ECT around the area of the tree. Arrived on time, cut tree and left logs for firewood as requested.. Ground tree stump and removed mulch. The workers were pleasant and eager to please.

Very professional definitely exceeded my expectations, they came in early in the morning to trim 2 trees and were done well before noon fast and efficient!
