Called in to get quote about tree being trimmed and branch’s being removed or ground up. Person who answered straight up and said they are not looking to do that kind of thing they are booked.

Dedicated team. Professional and knowledgeable! Also have the resources to get the job done quick and not tear up your yard in the process!

Asked for quote via Home Advisor - they never called us. Hopelessly irresponsible contractors in these parts.

The company came out and cut my neighbors tree down and dropped branches in my yard , when I returned home that evening the branches where gone and so where two of my lawn mowers. I have video of what happened so it'll get worked out .

I recently had 7 trees removed by Smith"s Tree Care; with limited access through my side yard. I had some difficult trees to remove and they were extremely professional and took great care in the work that they did. After they finished up, they took care in cleaning up and replacing anything that needed attention. There pricing for the work that they preformed was very good. This is the second time that I have used this company and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree service.

Smith's tree service is a great company I have used them more then once and the other tree company's can't compare. Respectful, professionals, great clean up and on time. What more can you ask for.

We’ve used Smith’s twice, once for a trimming for a large tree I couldn’t reach and once for a tree removal (large poplar) as part of our home sale. Both times they were easy to work with and accomplished both jobs like true pros.

They were prompt and professional. They were the only one of seven companies I called that responded. The pricing was also great for the work they did. They were also careful not to damage anything. I will definitely recommend them.

I had multiple companies come out to give me an estimate to trim 6-7 branches overhanging my yard. They were the best estimate at $350 when another company wanted to charge me $1000. They even trimmed some dead branches they found without charging me extra!

Very happy with the service I received. I hired them to trim dead wood and they cut every peice we could see, including taking the time to get an extra high peice I requested. The crew was friendly and professional, very happy!

I want to start by saying I did not use this service. So, I apologize if this comment is not what you were looking for. However, this may speak to the professionalism if anyone is considering this company. When driving on the interstate (on Monday April 11th at 4:50pm) I observed a truck driver tailgating several people and sticking his middle finger up at drivers on the road. When I pulled up beside the car, I noticed this person was in the company’s (Smiths Tree Care) truck. He may have been having a bad day but this is not a great look for this company.

Excellent work for a fair price. There was not even a single twig left behind in our driveway. I will definitely use them again when needed and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This is the only company that I will call for tree service. The owner and his amazing crew have gone above and beyond in every interaction that we have had. They did an amazing job removing around 30 trees on our property this summer and we used them again to remove some cumbersome stumps in our neighborhood playground. This was an especially important job because they transformed the play area from being unsafe to run and play in to a space that our children can enjoy for years to come! My neighbor used this company to remove two trees from his backyard. He asked if they could use part of my yard to move debris from the back to the front and I said sure, we’re just talking foot traffic and he said yes. I get up to a huge crane parked in my side yard and a few of my landscaping bricks removed so they could put the legs down on the crane, this was done without my permission. I would have agreed to help my neighbor out but that’s beside the point, it was unprofessional to not ask me if it was ok since I’m not your customer. After the job they failed to replace what they removed, I’m on disability and my neighbor had to put the landscaping bricks back that Smith’s tree care didn’t as well as pick up the cigarette butts they left in my yard. I forgot to mention that the leftover debris although not much was blown into the storm drain that leads to the pond behind our houses.
