Satisfied with the gutter installation, however I wasn't advised during the sales consultation that if there was wood to be replaced that would be an additional charge to me. This was not mentioned during the signing of the contract agreement. Very disappointed to have to come approve additional cost during installation. The sales rep was great and apologized for not mentioning the possibility of the additional cost. However the sales rep sales manager was horrible. I would never do business with the sales manager ever again.
