We've been using Salisha with Golden Touch since moving to Norfolk 4 years ago and cannot imagine ever using any other cleaning company. We've used several cleaning services in different cities and Golden Touch is by far and away THE best when it comes to quality of work, attention to detail, punctuality, professionalism, flexibility, and scheduling. Salisha always worked with our difficult schedule over the years and took care of our home as if it was her own. We wish we could take her with us on our move!

I loved the attention to detail! My cleaning was explained to me before they began and the house was inspected beforehand. I have a Rottweiler who shed A LOT and it’s been about a month since our last cleaning and the difference still shows! They got up almost all the existing hair hiding in corners and deep cleaned everything they left no stone unturned! They even made sure to clean the walls where it was needed in certain areas of the house! They organized my daughters room and it was extra money well spent. Everything was thorough and everyone was very polite. Extremely trustworthy crew as I run a bussiness and was not even able to be home half the time while they cleaned and nothing was out of place when I returned nor was any doors or closets entered. I appreciated them so much for their honesty and hard work! Anything I asked them to ensure to take care of they did without me having to remind them! I will be using them from now on as I find they also have the most reasonable package prices for large homes!

I contracted Golden Touch Cleaning Services to clean my mother in laws home and we were extremely impressed with the level of customer service and cleaning. The team went above and beyond, so much so that we contracted her to clean my home with the same results. Would definitely recommend Golden Touch for your cleaning needs. We will be a monthly client going forward.

I am beyond satisfied with Golden Touch cleaning company’s work, The team was very professional, the services I received was a new construction Commercial deep cleaning. The job was done in a timely manner and well done! On top of the great services the owner herself came to the property and went above and beyond to make sure the property was squeaky clean! Golden touch has been awesome to work with! When we moved to the area they actually did the move-in clean for our empty home. We have used their services ever since. They always do such great work and are flexible with scheduling around our renovations each month. We are so thankful to have a trusted partner to keep our home looking and feeling so clean. Called last minute on Saturday and got a prompt response. Imran was very nice, knowledgeable and willing to fit me in on a busy day. He came with Ryan who did a great job removing a stain that sat for like 2 wks. Excellent service, cares about their customers and just easy to work with!! Please just mail my refund. No, I don't want a credit or another "cleaning" Absolutely the worst carpet cleaning I've had. The carpet is still dirty. Minor stains still there. I pointed out a stain during the inspection and was told they tried their hardest to get it out. I scratched it with my nail and it came out.....Hmmmm??? Then the "carpet cleaner" went back and sprayed it and it started to come out more. Still left with all the other stains in every room. I have a toddler so it's just minor spills. The cleaner told me I need to get an expensive vacuum because they don't have the tools to get stains out. Even tho he just corrected one that he said he tried his hardest to get out. I'm an army veteran so I moved around a lot and before I went to a new duty station I always had excellent carpet cleaners. And I shouldn't have to buy an expensive vac if I'm paying a carpet cleaning company. Not to mention, I never had a carpet cleaning company use my water from my bath tub to fill up their vaccum but Tidy Max did. I usually get the professional lines on the carpet after a cleaning but none of that was done. Didn't look professional at all. He just "raked" the carpet. This is so disappointing. I wish I can post the pics and videos.

I first found TidyMax on a magnet attached to a refrigerator at work. Being in the military, I knew that the companies chosen would provide decent work at a low price. I called the number listed on the magnet and was blown away by the price given. First of all, the gentleman who fielded the phone call was very polite and gave the time to answer my questions. Secondly, up until this phone call I had used Stanley Steemer for my carpet cleaning needs; however, after TidyMax cleaned our carpet, and for the price, I will not be using Stanley Steemer. The services we requested were both duct cleaning and carpet cleaning, and when the work was being completed, the owner of TidyMax was on site performing the cleaning making sure that my needs were being met. He even took the time to listen while walking around the house as I pointed out the trouble spots. And, as an added bonus, TidyMax managed to remove a make-up spot in my daughter's room; a stain Stanley Steemer said was permanent. Overall, I found that TidyMax was well worth the price in both customer service and in professional cleaning; so much so, I already have them calling in six months to reschedule another cleaning.
