Great experience for a great price and I had a 5pce sectional and paid under $200. Got the couch from offer up. They came and checked for bugs, pet hair & etc. the couch dried in about 48hrs. They were very friendly and punctual.

This service was excellent! They arrived promptly on the same day I called. The operator even offered to clean a section of the couch to show me how the process worked. The couches, carpet, and upholstered headboard all look and smell much cleaner. Very competitive pricing as well.

Malcolm came to clean my carpets the service sucked he left my carpets soaking wet it literally took almost 3 days to completely dry and once the carpet dried it still looked the same I had the same spots on the carpet that I wanted removed he also told me that each room would be 30 dollars and then charged me a total of 180 please do not waste your money the service sucks and I’ve asked for a refund no one has contacted me back

Watch out for this guy, he is a con artist and the young girl is a thief he be with, he quoted me 60 then tried to add 40 for a special treatment, the game is when you go downstairs to see how dirty the carpet was the girl stays in your place and steal,Bonney and Clyde is a trip, I hate a snake and your character is bad for business, be professional, watch out for royalty carpet, and please don't clap back that you apologize, it should not have happened....the carpet looked good though after they cleaned it, being that my BD did all the work moving all the furniture, well occupied while someone stoled $4 out of my wallet and ruined an not deserved tip! SMMH!!! You my color, but not my kind!!!!

Malcolm came out same day w a few hrs notice and did an excellent job on my carpet that needed a professional cleaning vs the good ole diy rug doctor! I would refer him if asked!

We were charged for services We didn’t receive. We were charged $75.00 for cleaning An oriental rug ( which We don’t own) Mr. Malcome was hired to clean our air ducts & vents ( dryer, bathroom) only. We were charged for having our AC system cleaned (we have photos of dirty vents). Mr Malcome admitted he never went in the attic but the receipt says he cleaned the AC unit system in the attic. Our dryer vents were still full of lint, they were not thoroughly cleaned. Mr. Malcome used a wet vac to vacuum out our air duct vents. We are having a new AC unit installed the next day & so the HVAc company provided us with photos from the attic of the dirty vent never touched. The services took less than 2hrs which alarmed me when Mr. Malcome said he was finished 11 air vents & it prompted me to check our dryer vent 1st,,,

Malcolm was very professional and prices were fair! My carpets have been restored and are looking brand new! I highly recommend his services for your carpet and air ducts cleaning!

Royalty Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet in the bedrooms and up the staircase. They also restored the grout in the tile flooring back to like new condition. They are a life saver for busy landlord and property managers who need a quick turnaround. They even came back out to re-sanitize the carpet a few days later after I informed him that there was still a slight animal smell in the carpet. I will highly recommend their services.
