There was a weird whistling sound coming from the ceiling, and no air was blowing in the hallway. The people from Jordan's Air Care in Norfolk went into the attic and found a heavy box sitting on top of the air tube. It was squished flat! They moved the box and fixed the tube so it was round again. Then they cleaned the inside so it was fresh. The whistling stopped and the air is blowing strong now. They were very helpful.

Even after our kitchen remodel was finished, the house still smelled like a construction zone. Every time the AC kicked on, it would blow a weird sawdust smell into the living room and make this annoying whistling sound. I called Jordan's Air Care in Norfolk to see if they could clear out the system.
They found a ton of leftover debris trapped in the returns from when the contractors were sanding the cabinets. Since they cleaned everything out, the whistling stopped and the air finally smells fresh again.
