The technician was really nice and quick!

Low boy cooler went out . They were very quick to respond and all said and done ( with getting part ordered) it was taken care of in 3 days.

Overall Roderick killed it. We truly appreciate him! Great service! Hope to keep the ice machine running!

Called the weeks ago to fix soft serve machine, tech came in quick. He was in at 2.50 p.m. soft serve pump was not running, he just take a look at it and suggested me to replace the pump and left at 2.52 p.m. after few days got an estimate from the company. Cost of pump itself $2550 and the labor together $3500. Then I called for other company for a second opinion. Their tech came in and found a small sensor was bad inside the soft soft serve and he replaced the sensor, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the pump. I also called a company cost of the pump was around n estimated $900.
Next day tech 24 charged my credit card $296
Trip charge + hour and a half labor. That is very unfair to me. Also their tech just wanted to sell parts and overpriced it.
I asked for. Partial refund but no one replied my email
I am thinking to report to the better business bearu
I will not call them again for any needs.

John Jay was THE BEST TECHNICIAN 123 could have sent us.! He’s super knowledgeable, personable and gets the job done RIGHT.! Made the job look as easy as slicing a cake. He didn’t even mind me being up in his business and asking tons of questions. Hope I can request techs, because I want him everytime.!!! 10/10 would recommend John Jay!
