Roofing & Gutters reviews in Norfolk, Virginia

He is very expert and skilled in all kinds of roofing services

We highly recommend Matrix Construction of Hampton Roads! Nelson and his crew did an outstanding job removing rotted wood on the exterior of our home and replacing it with vinyl wrapped soffits. This company was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Nelson was excellent at responding in a timely manner to our phone calls and text messages. The work was done at a reasonable price and the crew showed up on time and cleaned up each day. The finished product looked perfect and the attention to detail by Nelson and his crew was outstanding. We have recommended Matrix Construction to several family members and would be happy to use them again at our house. We are 100% satisfied customers!

Highly professional company that is very friendly. Worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done quickly, rain or shine. Affordable pricing and excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommend this company!

What a wonderful and experience! Excellent customer service and high quality work. We struggled to find a company willing to work on our nearly 100 year old Norfolk cement tile roof. We are relieved to know we now have Matrix and highly recommend them! Thank you!

Nelson of Matrix Construction of Hampton Roads, Inc. did a beautiful job at a fair price. I highly recommend him and his company.

Great job.I am very thank full for Nelson and his crew.Highly recommended

I had a stopped up kitchen sink and nothing I tried would clear it up. I put in a trouble call to my home warranty, but they would not do the work. Mr Nelson Peña’s name was given to me by my son who suggested I call him, I did and Mr Peña was at my home the following day. Mr Peña worked on the blocked sink with a drain auger (snake) tirelessly, but it didn’t work, he left and returned with a motorized drain auger and to my amazement, the blockage was cleared! Not only did he get that done, but he noticed my front door was slanted and not closing like it was supposed to, and said “I have the tools and only takes a couple of minutes, so why not!” And, he fixed the door! I told him he was sent by God! I highly recommend Mr Nelson Peña! Although he is a master roofer by profession, I think he can do almost any type of job in your home.

I struggled with a water leak for years until I called Matrix Construction of Hampton Roads, Inc. Nelson and his crew were professional, efficient, and completed all the work in only two days at a very reasonable price. It’s been a year and a half since the repair, and my roof is still watertight and looks fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with their service.
I highly recommend Nelson/Matrix Construction of Hampton Roads, Inc.

Nelson did an incredible job with my roof repair! It was an extremely easy and quick project for his crew and they were very respectful! I highly recommend them for any roofing job.

I needed my roof replaced and Nelson from Matrix got the job done fast and efficient. The quality is top notch and he and his crew showcased great customer service. They also had the best price around and I don’t believe anyone else could have done better. Thank you Nelson!

I attempted to get an estimate for a roof repair and it took over a week to get the estimate. This is poor customer service. By the time I received the estimate, a few days later it rained. 😒
I am updating this review, because I finally received the estimate. Really good price, but it takes a long time to get the estimate and even longer to schedule the repair, and since it is raining now, this took too long for my benefit. I had to go with another roofer that was able to give me an estimate within 2 days and repaired my roof Friday before it started raining on Saturday.

Nelson with Matrix Construction is the kind of person you want working on your roof. They take real pride in their work, paying attention to every detail and making sure everything is done right. They work hard, stay focused, and bring a great attitude to the job. On top of that, they’re friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely care about getting the best results. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Nelson with Mattix Construction of Hampton Roads, Inc., came to check out a roof leak/water leak on my house. He did a outstanding job. I highly recommend him to everyone looking for a great roofer/person.

Nelson and his team are great to deal with. They are reliable and came to the rescue immediately.
Thank you guys for the quick fix of my gutter and holes on the roof.

Nelson and crew came to our rescue when we had an unexpected roof leak during a storm. As soon it was safe, Nelson and his team put up a stopgap fix to protect our interior. Once the storms passed and Nelson quickly scheduled a more permanent fix. His professionalism and fair pricing made him my choice for future work...like when we had an issue with birds making a hole in the soffit. Nelson, once again, made the time to come by and fix it (after I evicted the birds). No more leaks and no more extra bird tenants. I recommend him for working on your home.

10/10 Highly recommend, great Communication, fair pricing! This issues we were having with our roof were fixed in a timely manner and done properly! Even recommended a rain guard at the front door ( there is no gutters on front of our home ) we didn’t know that they even had that as an option! We will definitely use Matrix for all future projects!

The best there is. This company and its employees are amazing! They are obsessed with quality of work. That is rare these days. I can’t overstate the quality of workmanship and the time they spent to get my house right. I will be using them for everything. They are the best there is and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Matrix Construction of Hampton Roads. Inc., replaced my roof. Nelson and Brian did an AMAZING job on the roof not to mention the clean up. Thank you Nelson and Brian Pena for an OUTSTANDING job.

We thought we'd have to wait a week to hear back. Nelson was in touch with us the same day. We thought we'd have to wait a week for an appointment. Nelson showed up in the rain the same day. We thought we'd have to wait a week for work to start. Nelson was finished in less in two days. We thought we'd have to pay immediately. Nelson gave us time to get our finances in order to pay.

Excellent service, excellent attitude, excellent work.

I’m very thankful for Nelson! He fit my house in when he was busy and did a thorough job. I had a tricky leak and hopefully that has been sealed. I also had many nails working their way out so those needed to be sealed. The needed a whole roof inspection and he did that for me. He is professional and brought the right equipment to get it done! He clearly takes pride in his work and has a great work ethic. Thank you so much!

Nelson did an amazing job on my roof. The home warranty found him since they did not have anyone at the time to repair my roof so they found him and he did amazing job really took his time and I was really impressed by the quality of the work.
