I called this company at the high recommendation of a friend, and when directed to the office manager/scheduler I was appalled by how rude she was to me. We were hoping to get our bathroom remodeled, so I wanted to schedule someone to come out for a quote after speaking with Lee, he sent me over to the main line.
The person clearly thought I couldn’t afford to get my bathroom redone, when I specifically said we didn’t have any budgets at the moment. She put me on hold to talk to her estimator, and came back with a price (15,000) WITHOUT seeing the bathroom, knowing what I wanted, what condition it was in, or anything. She then hung up on me and never attempted to call back after already having my address and number.
I don’t know if this was some sort of intimidation tactic or what. I was unaware you can quote someone on a bathroom without even seeing it or knowing what I wanted. She was incredibly condescending, and I can only hope she isn’t that way with other potential customers.

These guys couldn't even finish an estimate. It took weeks and weeks to get an estimate for just part of the work, and then they stopped responding to me. Very unprofessional.
