Flooring reviews in North Chesterfield, Virginia

Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. My husband & I, at first, thought we should seek larger companies to purchase & install carpeting throughout most of our home. We were so wrong. Marie Mahoney from Floor Coverings International came to us after our initial contact. We were able to see samples in our home, no charge. The installers were professional, courteous, respectful and enthusiastic. We experienced absolutely NO ISSUES whatsoever. Amazing! They even removed & discarded the old carpeting & moved furniture as needed. We will recommend this company to all who will listen or ask. And the product itself is marvelous. After the install, Bill Mahoney paid us a visit to inspect and chat directly with us. Thanks so much Floor Coverings International.

Marie and Matt were amazing. We were able to get our projects done just in time for the holidays and our floors look beautiful! We get compliments every time company comes over. Definitely recommended and thank you so much for your service!

Both Bill and Marie were so professional, listened to what we wanted and show us the options that they had for the carpets. Their contractor did a very good job and we love our new carpet. I definitely recommend them!

Bill and Marie have been great to work with through the entire carpet buying process. We absolutely love our new carpet! In the future, I plan to work with them again to sand and refinish my hardwood floors. I would highly recommend their company if you are looking for new flooring options.

Marie was fabulous to work with! She helped us find the right flooring for our needs. The quality of the hardwood flooring and wall to wall carpeting is great. Marie checked with us all the way through the process and after. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

The team at Floor Coverings International was delightful to work with. The whole process was very quick and easy from start to finish. They had exactly the carpet that I was looking for and the finished product is perfect- exactly what I had in mind. I had them put in a runner in my hallway and stairs. The binding on the carpet and the padding make it look very high end though we didn't break our budget. I would highly recommend their services!!!

The process was easy, pleasant and the finished product was great. We had carpet installed in our master bedroom and stairs. They were even able to remove a little squeeze in the floor. I would definitely recommend FLI-Midlothian for all your flooring needs.

I can't say enough about how positive our experience was with Floor Coverings International - Midlothian. Marie very responsive throughout the entire process. Their work in restoring our kitchen floor after water damage was fantastic. The people laying the floor communicated throughout the process, obliged feedback and took great pride in their work. We would definitely refer them with a 5 plus star rating!

We were very happy with the whole experience from the estimate to the work. The crew was on time, in and out, and cleaned up well. Our old scraped up and dull wood floor looks new with a beautiful tint and luster. We are very pleased and would chose FCI for other projects.

Floor Coverings International did a great job removing old carpet and refinishing our wood floors. They custom created the stain we wanted and the floors look brand new. Very professional and easy to work with.

I had numerous quotes for replacing our bedroom and bath flooring with LVP. After numerous disappoinments, I was refered to Floor Coverings Internation - Midlothian by our bath remodeling contractor. Marie, the owner was very pleasant, professional and super helpful in meeting all of our needs. Her communication and accuracy was way above par compared to other flooring contractors we got quotes from. The installers were top notch. They worked fast and non-stop until the project was completed. Did an excellent job. This company does it all from helping to choose the right flooring within a budget using a well-stocked mobile showroom, moving furniture (other companies would not move furniture), repairing sub-flooring if needed and following up on the installation by the owner. Pricing was in-line with other quotes. Highly recommend Marie and her team!

Floor Covering International did an amazing job.
The owner Ms Marie Mahoney went personally to the home and help me with the entire process.
I had luxurious Vinyl installed in the whole house, it only took 3 days. The entire crew did an outstanding job and their customer service was superb. I highly recommend this company as they are extremely professional.

Marie came out within a couple of days of us contacting FCI with samples for both flooring and tile samples for backsplash. We had plenty of both to consider but were able to find what we wanted very quickly. They were flexible in coming out the day after we had new counters installed and they did the flooring, then the backsplash. They look terrific and we felt the cost was very customer-friendly, and the work being the highest in quality. We highly recommend them.

I love my new flooring from
Floor Coverings International.
The owner and sales person worked with me to find the right product and colors that I wanted. They kept me updated on the products and installation. The owner and sales person visited during the installation to make sure that I was happy with the products and installation. The project manager was on site and answered all of my questions
about the installation. The installers worked efficiently
and moved all my furniture and appliances for me. The company gave me truly personal service. I would definitely recommend this company.

Floor Coverings International-Midlothian is a amazing floor company. I had luxury vinyl tile installed in my kitchen and utility room and I am so pleased with the results. Love the fact they are a family owned business and it was so convenient they bring floor samples to your house so you can see what it will look like in your home. I plan to use them in the future to replace Berber carpet in my Florida room. I highly recommend this company. Good job Marie! I look forward to working with your company again.

I am so glad I chose FCI-Midlothian for my recent flooring needs following water damage. From Scott who came to give me an estimate to Max who oversaw the work being done, this was truly a great experience under very difficult circumstances. They came in with their very capable crew and had me smiling within a few hours. I recommend this wonderful company to handle any of your flooring needs!

We had new carpet installed in one room our home. The process was super seamless. We were presented with several recommendations based on our needs rather than endless overwhelming options. And we’re delighted with the results.

We had an amazing experience. Marie and Scott were great at communicating and meeting our needs. We were on a tight budget but wanted a certain look and they somehow made it happen. The carpet looks amazing in our new home. Thank you!
