I was told by another company that I needed a new HVAC system costing thousands of dollars. I called Air Pro at a friend's recommendation for a second opinion. Mike came the day I called him. He checked my system and it turns out the error messages were from a power outage and there was NOTHING wrong with my system! This was a while ago, and my system has been working perfectly, just as Mike said it would. I highly recommend this honest, professional company.

annual hvac matinenance contract, Spring check up of CAC.
AirPro installed a replacement CAC system about a decade ago and has also Done some 'corrections' to my gas=powered heating plant (in retrospect, I would have used AirPro had I known of it).
I have repeatedly referred others to Mike Gunnell. Yes, you may find less costly maintenance but I opt for quality over price and sleeping solidly at night. Also knowing that if I have a HVAC problem, Mike will service me ASAP, allowing for priorities of folks who may have a more serious immediate need.
