Excellent customer service. The project involved the repair to an existing Presto Geoweb system. Pat Branin was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the Presto products.

I was referred here by another local business. When i walked up to the door i noticed the door was locked with a sign that said to call to place orders due to COVID. I put on a mask and tried to get their attention. As i was standing there 4 different employees looked at me through the windows and ignored me. One of them quickly looked away when i looked back, acting like he didn’t see me. I called their number while standing there, explained what i was looking for and was put on hold. No one ever came to help me or acknowledge that i was there as a customer. I am not part of a large company, but if you don’t do business with a local homeowner at least have the decency to tell me!

Pat and his team are great to work with they take so much pride in the high quality silt fence that they produce, the fabric and lumber are both of excellent quality and the price super reasonable, I will be buying all of my silt fence from them from now on what a great find. They have saved me a ton of money keep up the great work Pat

I have used Colonial on two different projects. The latest involved installing a patio and fire pit in an area behind my house. I’m a home owner and not overly experienced with projects like these. Since we are in the middle of Covid, lots of people are doing projects so I expected a small project like mine would not get much attention. I was referred to Pat Branin. I explained my inexperience and shared with him my project parameters. Pat was extremely patient with me, put together a list of everything that I needed, including quantities, and walked me through the process of picking cobble stones and borders. Every time I called, either Pat picked up or called me back that day, often within an hour or two of my call. I sincerely appreciated the responsiveness, education and patience Pat provided. Colonial Construction Materials understands the importance of customer service and they excel at it even during exceptionally busy times.

I just wanted to let you know that your delivery driver, Josh) is Awesome!! He is the kindest driver that I have ever met. He pulls his truck in with ease. Gets himself situated and is just very patient with us in unloading our material. He guides us while we (Amber and any of our newbies) are on the forklift and he is all around a great guy! He is normally the driver that delivers to us so if you could get his name, please let him know that I said he ROCKS! Tell him I also said thank you for having patience and keep being kind. We need more guys like him in this world.

Working with Mary is also a pleasure. She takes care of our orders with no problems and she's always there for me whenever I need to revise them, which is most of the time! :) Thanks Colonial staff for all you do
