BEST out there. Designed perfectly, installation a flawless, entire crew worked like family and outcome magazine worthy! The rock placement looks nature made and the basalt’s they made from natural stone beat any commercial product. Even the bowl Micah suggested added the final touch to the 2 fall pondless garden. Frank’s responsiveness, knowledge and help is second to none. Would buy more houses just to see their work more!

I recently called Easton to report two minor issues with my water feature (losing water/not dosing), and Frank just left. He was able to quickly pinpoint the source of the two problems and remedy them in one visit. I’m very pleased to have my beautiful waterfall working properly once again—it continues to be the highlight of my backyard!

Easton Outdoors did an excellent job creating and installing our new patio. The entire process was a pleasant experience, great communication, excellent customer service, and professional employees. They definitely have the right model for a successful business! We will use them again!

Micah understood my vision for our property, created the most wonderful landscaping plan, and then Jim and his crew brought it to life. Jim's execution of the water feature was especially brilliant. He was able to connect the waterfall, stream and ponds to the hardscape with seamless precision, and we are so thrilled with the end result. We started with a yard and ended up with an outdoor retreat that we'll enjoy for many years to come. Fun to work with them, too!

I’ve contacted Easton Outdoors to do landscape lighting around my home. Not only did they do an excellent job but were very professional as well. We could not be more pleased with our new paver patio. Easton Outdoors was wonderful to work with. Micah came out promptly and helped us design out space, and then kept in touch weekly to let us know when work would begin. Before starting we had another meeting with Pat to make sure what was going to be done. Work on our patio started exactly when they said it would and was completed in just a few days. At the end we met again just to make sure everything was right, and then they pressure washed to make sure everything was neat and clean. They took care of all the details - the fence, the sprinkler system, the plants - and all we had to do was sit on our new patio and enjoy. I would highly recommend Easton Outdoors, they were so organized and professional.

We purchased a home with a small fish pond in need of help. I contacted Easton Outdoors to look at it and as soon as I met Micah, I knew I had the right company. He had some great ideas and worked to stay in my budget. They started with cleaning and added filters, to adding a bio bowl and just finished making the pond deeper, wider and added a small waterfall. Frank and his crew handled all three projects and did a fantastic job on all of them. Overall, I have great things to say about Easton Outdoors. The thoughtfulness and creativity in design, workmanship, and ABSOLUTE commitment to getting the job done right is stellar. We also appreciated that everyone on the team (Jim, Will, Micah, Pat and Danielle) is dedicated, kind, and went above and beyond. Our only caution is that timelines slipped and re-work was required during our highly complex, multi-stage project. This made the overall length of the project go longer than expected, some of which would have been avoided with better communication and planning during the process.

If the goal is to get a creative outdoor landscape design and work product done well, and you have some flexibility on the timeline, I would highly recommend Easton Outdoors.

Frank is the best ,he did a complete clean out of my pond last summer. It was a mess, it looks beautiful now. If you've got any kind of problem, I'm sure he can fix it for you. He's very knowledgeable.Easton is the best.

Easton Outdoors was fantastic! They ripped off a 9 foot tall back deck. Demo’d the original concrete below. Built our new platform and steps down to our brand new patio! They had a landscaping and power washing team finish off the project that did a tremendous job getting the surrounding area right, planted seed, made everything clean, and ready for a party! Easton Outdoors transformed an unused and unwelcoming space between my neighbor’s home and mine into the Japanese Maple garden of my dreams! Their creativity, insight and progressive approach advanced my vision into a gardener’s dream space. They artfully crafted a natural-scape with infectious appeal - we never imagined using this space nor that it would become such a tranquil space for relaxing, recharging, deep thought and for enjoying nature. We find ourselves immersed in this new environment almost daily….they gave us a reason to really appreciate the outdoors. We’ve been so happy with this project that we hired Easton for a second endeavor - which also absolutely impressed. This family-owned, people-focused, progressive-thinking team is professional, informed and a lot of fun to work with - they have become friends for life! Update to review: When we started our project Micah, an owner for Easton, suggested we complete it in stages to better manage the costs. Within 2 weeks of finishing part one of the project, I contacted Easton to finish the project. I called multiple times before I received a response from Micah. The plan to finish the project was decided. The scope of the project was much smaller than the original. He was planning on fitting in the project with others. It's been months now and no progress has been made and despite multiple calls and texts, I have not heard from Micah. I appreciate Danielle, from their office, always responding, but she can do nothing without Micah. When asked, there is no escalation process. Do not stage your project or it may not get finished. So disappointed.

After 2 years of trying to find someone to reconstruct my 29 year old pond (see first picture), I somehow came across Easton Outdoors. I wasn't sure they would work in Chesapeake, but Micah came to the house without any complaint or travel charges. He gave an estimate that allowed us to choose options and time frames. When construction started, wonderful Frank came to do the construction. Frank and his assistant worked incredibly hard. They always had a positive attitude and made sure I knew all the options available. He also did a few small extras, just because I asked! I will continue to use Easton for all my pond maintenance. The second picture is the finished pond.

What a great pond and patio that Easton Outdoors created for us! It far surpassed our expectations and made our backyard a relaxation haven! Their follow-up ensuring everything works perfectly and maintenance has been awesome! Her is one December picture post frost but the vegetation is beautiful during the season!
