Definitely NOT A REPAIR SHOP! For the third time, I called Ted Jones Appliances for help with diagnosis and repair of a appliance and was told by the same older-sounding woman that they would not work on the appliance. She then said they only worked on certain brands - Amana and Maytag. Funny, I called for help with a Whirlpool microwave which she said they wouldn't work on and yet if you look at the photos section of this account, you'll find many appliance brands...including Whirlpool. If you are looking for a repair shop, DONT call this company. Apparently, they are selective with whom they choose to service - bordering on discrimination. Save yourself the trouble and call A&E. They will help anyone.
