Unhappy with service. Incomplete lawn coverage. Cancelled after leaves covering the lawn were sprayed (then blown to street for pickup).

Very unhappy with application. Also unhappy not to get the $279.00 that is our unused refund. Claims to have mailed it twice and posted on BBB site that she put it in our mailbox personally on June 30th when she said she would be out of town. Does she realize it's a federal offense to put anything in someone else's mailbox unless you're the mailman? Did almost the identical thing to another customer one year before us according to the BBB website. If you don't believe me, you could read it for yourself on the Better Business Bureau website. There is nothing on our ring camera. Don't know who's mailbox she put it in but it definitely was not ours. Told me to go to the post office and ask where my check was. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. Refuses to refund after we paid for a whole year. Just excuses. Ursula knows she is cheating us. Website states complete satisfaction guarantee. NOT TRUE. Text messages don't lie. They do!

I give them five stars due to the company always responding to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The only concern I have is I was told I would be notified as to when the technician would be coming, I was not. The technician was nice, fast and thorough. Our lawn has only received one treatment as of yet so we will see how it looks as time goes on. As of right now I would recommend this company.

I've used Spring-Green for several years now. The lawn is looking really good, and the service is professional and always on the day promised. Their yearly service is very reasonably priced and they are responsive to any changes I request.

The customer service is top notch. The owner Nick, is a real polite, straightforward guy. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions when it came to seeding and fertilizing and why aeration is important. Ursula is a great person to talk to, always friendly and on point with calling you back when you have questions and making sure that everything runs smoothly. The product they use is awesome! Spring-Green has my yard looking great everyday of the year. I cant thank them enough. I like how quick I get a response when I have a question or have an issue. Also it's great to have friends and family for a cook out with very minimal to zero mosquitoes. Service is wonderful and the people are great! They have a great knowledge of what they need to know to have my yard great everyday. Can't wait for another year with Spring-Green.

Started Spring-Green last spring after many years of fertilizing myself using Scott's products. My lawn had been a disappointment in recent years and I was ready for a change. The special late winter Spring-Green mailer introductory offer pricing seemed like a great value. After three months I saw significant improvement. My bare spots were filling in nicely and my lawn was green. My lawn remained green throughout the summer. I reseeded and thatched in September and enjoyed a lush green lawn all winter. This spring my lawn is outstanding. What a great one year turn around. I didn't hesitate to signup for 2020-21.

Nick and Ursula run a tight ship! They use professionals who are well trained, and responsive. My lawn has never looked better. Spring Green has great customer service and are affordable. They always answer same day and I love that I can pay online. I was able to get a discount due to the fact that I only wanted my front yard treated. Easy to work with and friendly.
