After narrowing down to three companies, John made it easy for us to choose JK Hydro Wash! After a great bundle deal, he gave extra discount on the driveway wash to match another company's price. Scheduling was very easy!
Everytime I call for questions, John would always pick up ready with his detailed answers.

Dante did a spectacular job! Started at 11:30 AM and was done by 2:00 PM. Vinyl sidings, driveway and gutters were washed thoroughly. My son even said, Wow, our driveway looks new! :)
At the end of the day, John reached out to check the work done. I mentioned the patio was probably overlooked. He immediately scheduled Dante to come back the next day to work on the patio. Dante also re-checked the gutters to make sure everything looked perfect and that water was flowing flawlessly!!! House looks super clean!! Love it! Thank you JK Hydro Wash!

We had JK’s come out and give our home some much needed spring cleaning in preparation for selling. John was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond. Our house has never looked so good! Had a great experience with JK Hydro Wash! They washed my home exterior, the exteriors of my windows, vinyl fence, and all of my walkways/driveway. They also cleaned out my gutters. They were communicative and responsive throughout the process and were reasonably priced for a great job! I’ll definitely use them again when needed and I have already shared their info with one of my neighbors that asked for it after seeing the finished product.

From start to finish the process couldn't have been easier. They even called to say they had some extra time and could get me in the same day I approved the estimate - it only took about an hour! I had some concerns about my house being older and the windows leaking but I was assured they would be as careful as possible. I appreciate the fact they listen to me and were willing to work with me - my nests in the awning were spared and the birds were back this morning :-) I've already recommended them to a friend. Took care of my large project in no time. Washed the brick, cleaned patio furniture, cleaned patio, sidewalk, and driveway. A drastic transformation and well worth the money. Our house is looking new again. Not to mention it saved me tons of time trying to do it myself.

Highly recommend Jk Hydro. From the moment I called them I could tell they were of a different calibre of doing business, because they were the only power washing company that actually answered the phone when I called. I called about 5 before I called JK Hydro, all of them we had to leave messages for, or there was no answer, and we didn’t want to do that because we needed someone right away. Our grandbabies are allergic to pollen and they were coming for an unexpected visit and pollen was everywhere, on the walkway, siding, etc., it was pretty bad. John, the owner of JK Hydro, moved his schedule around and was able to accommodate us within 24 hours. It’s just one of the ways of doing business that rises above the rest. One more important thing, their equipment is extremely powerful in taking out the grime, very different than we had ever seen from our previous experience with power washers. Thank you John for saving Easter week.

JK Hydro Wash is the best in the business. Had my roof and exterior windows power washed and the house has never looked better. Great price and great people!
